Dr. O El-Hillal and Dr. Wil Saavedra are orthodontists that believe in providing the patient with the right orthodontic care, specializing in Damon Braces, Invisalign and Invisalign Teen. At E&S Orthodontics, we specialize in patient-centric care. Our staff is dedicated to providing you with a memorable and comfortable experience during your care. Our team members have specialized training in customer care in order to anticipate your needs. Our team is divided into three departments:
Dr. O El-Hillal received his Bachelors Degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. At Temple University School of Dentistry, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, MBA, Master of Science in Oral Biology, and Orthodontic Specialty certification. Dr. El-Hillal (affectionately called Dr. O by his patients) has been published in numerous professional journals. He was Chief Resident and has held several other leadership roles when he was receiving training.
Dr. Wil Saavedra made his childhood home in Virginia, and attended Radford (VA) University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology. He went on to achieve his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDS), as well as his Master of Science in Oral Biology, along with a speciality certificate in Orthodontics from the Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. Saavedra brings a devotion to new technologies and consistent learning to his work. By remaining on top of technological advancements, he helps maintain E&S Orthodontics as one of the most advanced dental practices.
Dr. Dykman, our Orthodontist in Chandler AZ, graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then earned his Dentistry degree from the University of Michigan. He was also a Research Fellow for eight years at the University of Michigan Center for Human Growth and Development. Dr. Dykman also completed his Orthodontics certificate at the University of Toronto during his research tenure. He is also an Invisalign Preferred provider. He is also a member of the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. O is known for his laid-back style and ability to communicate with patients and parents. When hes not helping patients achieve their dream smiles, he enjoys biking, golfing, spending time with his loving family, hiking, scuba diving, and running.

When he isnt working, Dr. Saavedra enjoys spending time working with computers, biking, spending time with his family, and exercising.
Dr. Dykman, our Orthodontist in Chandler AZ, graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then earned his Dentistry degree from the University of Michigan. Dr. Dykman was a part of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society during his dental school days. He was also a part of the Omicron Kappa Epsilon academic society. To this day, Dr. Dykman is still a part of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He is also a member of the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Dykman and his family actively participate in community affairs. Dr. Dykman has practiced orthodontics in Michigan from 1978 to 1988 and in Arizona since 1991. Outside of work, Dr. Dykman enjoys landscaping, traveling, and golfing.

Teri is the BEST EVER!! She is so sweet, always smiling, and made it the easiest ever to get my retainer. I can also tell that ALL the patients absolutely adore her, how could they not? She is so friendly! I appreciate her so much!

My children have been coming here since they were little (on the dentist side) and now also orthodontics. The staff is friendly, efficient, and flexible! They are understanding about payments and rescheduling and I always feel welcome when we get there! I highly recommend this office to anyone!

Sometimes going back to the ortho after 13 years can be a little uncomfortable... my retainers decided to take an eternal vacation in Hawaii. I'm so grateful for Teri at the Glendale office for making this process as smooth as possible. Picking up my retainers was the easiest & she welcomed me with the best (as she always does)

There aren't enough words to express my thoughts, but I will say I'm VERY IMPRESSED with E&S! I have been with them for my children's treatments 4 years ago, and came back for treatment for another child. Both doctors are extremely knowledgeable, and take the time to explain the treatment with us parents. They are patient with our kids and the staff is ALWAYS smiling. The Glendale office is awesome, I thank Wendy for being so kind, as well as the rest of the staff that worked with us and I didn't get names for. If you're thinking about the best place for orthodontic treatment, you won't regret coming here!

Great orthodontist office in Glendale, Arizona. My daughter has braces and we have been seeing Dr. Arthur since she has had them on. Dr. Arthur was an amazing orthodontist. The transition has been great and is now E&S orthodontist. The staff are very friendly, and always polite, upfront with information and efficient. Service is fantastic. The familiar faces from Dr. Arthur practice is a great bonus Thank you!

We are on our third child going through braces from this location. We absolutely love Miss Terry. She is very kind, professional and has really helped us through the transition from Dr Arthur to Dr E. My son and I look forward to his appointments and we look forward to his beautiful smile being even more so!

We have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Arthur and his staff during our daughter's experience with braces. They were always responsive, answered our questions as well as our daughters, helped her understand the process she was going through and were encouraging all along the way. When emergencies arose Dr. Arthur himself would arrange to meet us on the weekend to solve problems and was always kind and personable. His staff is a great reflection of him too. We highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed in your experience or investment.

Dr. Arthur is a very dedicated orthodontist. He really takes the time to make sure you are satisfied and have the perfect set of pearly whites by the time you leave his office. His staff is always personable and accommodating to whatever you may want or need. As for the scheduling issues with the previous reviews, I have rarely ever had this issue. The 1 time that this happened to me, it was because several patients scheduled before me, arrived late which caused everyone's scheduled time to shift over, it's not the office's fault that certain others can't arrive on time. Yes, it is hard to get an appointment at times, but it's because a lot of people want to have their teeth taken care of by Dr. Arthur! I would highly recommend him, as he will further perfect your smile, just like mine and my two other siblings. Thank you Dr. Arthur and your amazing staff!!

Every time we go in we are there 10 minutes early and we always wait more than an hour. They are overbooking with limited hours. You can't change or it adds $1,500 to $2,000 for another Ortho to pick up the treatment. They have you hostage and they know it. Don't go here. We already have our other girls at another Doctor. I'm there right now. I have plenty of time to write this on my phone while I wait and wait and wait.

Be forewarned - scheduling is a complete nightmare and the previous post is completely accurate. In order to accommodate their scheduling issues, better have one parent be stay at home to be able to get your child to appointments. The staff may be nice but that does not help trying to work appointments into your schedule. The sales pitch when signing up to have treatment and reality is quite different. Thankfully nearly at the end of this nightmare - go elsewhere. I cannot tell you how many times we have had what should be - as reported - a 15 minute appointment and be there for well over an hour waiting.
