Our staff will make sure your orthodontic experience is the best it can be. Working together, Dr. E , the Treatment Coordinator and the team of Chairside assistants will work tirelessly to address any and all concerns and will help ensure you or your childs treatment proceeds in the most convenient and efficient manner.
Dr. Sharif Elbayoumy, D.D.S. is a native of the Orange County area and an alumnus of nearby Esperanza High School. He then attended UCLA where he received a B.S. in Physiological Science. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. E traveled to Washington D.C. where he attended the Howard University College of Dentistry. Upon receiving his doctoral degree, Dr. Elbayoumy returned to Southern California where he practiced general dentistry for three years. He became the first dentist to provide dental care for under-privileged youth at the famed Crest Smile Shoppe at the Boys and Girls Club of Los Angeles.
Dr. E, realizing 18 years of post-kindergarten education was not quite enough, then traveled to the University of Colorado where he received two and a half years of orthodontic education and a specialty certificate in the field of Orthodontics.Dr. E is an active member of the Orange County Dental Society, California Dental Association and American Dental Association. He is also a member American Association of Orthodontics where he was recoginized for his service on the Council for New and Younger Members. He is board eligible for certification by the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of several professional study clubs. In his spare time Dr. E enjoys golf, tennis, basketball, skiing and soccer as well as spending time with his friends and family.
Deann is our wonderful Office Manager and will work with every patient in regards to treatment and financing options, Her ultimate goal is to ensure that every patient is happy . As a working mom, she understands the importance of budgeting time and resources towards orthodontics and will work with you to ensure we find a solution that best fits your needs. In her free time, Deann loves spending time with her family and traveling with her husband.

Dr. E and staff have all been great. The office is clean and modern. Scheduling appointments is easy. Can't wait to see my teen smile again in pictures.

My daughter got braces from this office and we have been coming here for past 2 plus years. We had a great experience. Every one from front office staff, to technicians and Dr. E himself are all super friendly, kind and very helpful. The atmosphere inside itself is very pleasant. They have always worked with our schedule, never iver booked. I would highly recommend Dr. E!

We chose E-Orthodontics back in 2014 when my son needed early intervention for an underbite. We interviewed 2 other orthodontist in the area and chose Dr. E for a number of reasons. He is very kind and works well with young children. His office is warm and homey instead of the orthodontic assembly line we experienced in other offices. We didn't get a high pressure sales pitch or phone calls asking if we had made our decision yet. The price was reasonable and more all-inclusive than the other offices. And most importantly, we're happy with the results. Fast forward to 2022, my daughter has completed phase 1 braces, I have done Invisalign correction, and my son is just wrapping up phase 2 braces with Dr. E. In the future, my daughter will get phase 2 and my husband is considering Invisalign for his smile from Dr. E. I think that says it all!

I had a great experience with this office. I have a very busy schedule and the office staff was efficient each time I had an appointment. Dr E. seems to really care about his patients and has trained his staff to do the same. I have used different orthodontists for my kids and this was by far the best experience.

Words can't describe how thankful I am to have found Dr. Sharif Elbayoumy (Dr. E). So, what led us here? My 9 year old son's dentist has always told us that when he turns around 9/10, it'll be time to see an orthodontist due to his overbite. We made an appointment with one but unfortunately, he had horrible bedside manners and my son who gets nervous easily and anxiety gets the best of him was freaking out about everything. So I decided to ask around and try out another ortho. We are beyond blessed to have been referred to Dr. E. My son went in super nervous but when we walked in, the office had such a relaxing and welcoming vibe. Super clean and kid-friendly. His eyes lit when he saw his name on a cool welcome board! Deann, the office manager greeted us with a warm smile. She asked if she could take my son back for scans as I filled out new patient papers on super cozy couches. We then went into an office where she explained how the visit will go and answered any questions. I can tell that my son was comfortable but still a tad nervous. Dr. E walked in and was super friendly to us. He looked at the images and thoroughly explained what was going on. He took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. He checked my son's teeth but was very gentle and had great bedside manners. My son was feeling so much better at this point. The doctor explained the treatment and what the next visit would entail. When the doctor was done, Deann took more time to explain the treatment to my son by showing him models of braces and expansions/ she got him excited about it by talking about the different color options! Who would've thought that I'd be leaving this visit with a happy boy. It really truly is all thanks to Dr. E and his office staff. They clearly go above and beyond to make the patients comfortable and happy! I highly recommend e-orthodontics!!

We had two teenage boys go through the entire "braces process" over the last 4-5 years...e-Orthodontics has been great for everything...both kids have been impressed with their appointments and the results. Great job, highly recommended!!!

We actually had orthodontic treatment from a orthodontist doctor Graham in Huntington Beach he passed away and we had to find an orthodontist midway through our treatment we went to 6 different orthodontist to get a consultation 2 of them would not take us mid treatment 3 of them were very very overpriced doctor E with fair throw and amazing treatment I would highly recommend this office the office staff is super sweet and doctor E is very thorough

We have had an amazing and rewarding experience at e-orthodontics, from the staff in front, to the technicians to Dr. E himself. They all are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We have a busy schedule and I appreciate that they were so accommodating and on time. They never over-booked appointments, which for us was a huge benefit. They also implemented a great plan of action. The best part, for my daughter, was that they took her braces off on the visit that they promised. I would highly recommend Dr. E and his staff to anyone.

My teeth are everything I wanted and more. Dr. E and the entire staff are amazing. Always made me feel comfortable and got me in right away every time I had a concern. This was the second time I had braces so my teeth were pretty straight already, but what I am forever grateful for is the correction of my bite and the elimination of TMJ which I have suffered with for many years. Wish I had come here for my first time. Thank you E-Orthodontics I will never stop smiling!

5 years ago I looked for an orthodontist for my oldest daughter and I can confidently say this is the BEST place you can go to. I had my two daughters get their braces at E-Orthodontist. We always love going to the office because of how nice and clean it is and all the staff is extremely friendly. The girls also love how fun it is because of the ice cream, cookies, and other awesome goodies they have for their patients. Recently my second daughter needed her second phase of braces and after meeting with the office manager, Deann and explaining our financial situation and health issues due to the pandemic, they super generously accommodated to our situation and completely went above and beyond my expectations. I truly believe Dr. E exceptionally cares about his patients and their families. He is a professional and compassionate person and you and your kids would love their experience with Dr. E and his office. Thank you so much E-Orthodontist for your generosity and the great experience over the years. We look forward to continuing to come to the office and recommend it to friends and family!

There is no question in my mind that E-Orthodontics is the best orthodontist in the area. I have had two of my children complete treatments and never once did they complain about appointments. Dr. E is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to understand, and a friend to everyone. I have recommended his services to many who have also had extremely positive experiences. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else for orthodontic treatment.
