Dr Hancock's staff is so sweet and caring! They make sure their patients are well taken care of! Dr Hancock is the bomb.com. He is so good at making his patients feel comfortable and at ease. I wouldn't consider anyone else for oral surgery!

Dr Hancock & staff were so kind, professional, and gentle in dealing with my elderly father when he had to have dental surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Hancock's practice.

My daughters and I have all been long time patients of Dr. Hancock. He and his staff have always been accommodating, caring and professional to all of us. Oral surgery is scary for anyone, no matter their age, but recently my 14 year old had to have surgery at Dr Hancock's and I was not able to be there with her. I was not the least bit worried because I knew everyone there would treat her like their own and help ease her anxiety. She/they did a wonderful job and within a few hours of being home, they had already called me to check in on her. I feel as if they go above and beyond the "norm" to ensure patients and their families have a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr Hancock!

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hancock a couple of months ago. The consultation with the assistants was thorough and professional and helped ease my concerns about the procedure. On the day of surgery, Dr. Hancock was very polite and worked quickly to remove my wisdom teeth with the least amount of pain possible. I would certainly recommend this office to anyone who needs extractions.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Hancock and his staff. Start to finish they were wonderful to work with. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and we were extremely pleased with the care and attention he received. From the initial scheduling, to the surgery and follow up that afternoon and even the handling of the insurance, they made everything as professional and easy as possible. I would highly recommend Dr Hancock and his staff and will be visiting them again for my 2nd child's wisdom teeth removal.

When I went to see Dr. Hancock he took the time to explain my problem to me. Making sure that I understood every word. There have been times in the past when I've been to see a Doctor/Dentist and they use big words that I have no clue what they mean. I guess they wanted me to see how smart they were. But Dr. Hancock is the smart one. Making sure a patient understands and not feel stupid is the smart way to go. The staff was also very supportive, kind, and professional. I highly recommend going there!

The staff is so caring. They took great care of my 2 kids during there wisdom teeth removal. Dr Frank is so friendly and explained everything to us.

We had a wonderful experience in Dr. Hancock's office. A kind and courteous front office staff made scheduling a breeze. Surgical assistants were helpful in making my daughter at ease prior to the surgery. Dr Hancock answered all of our questions thoroughly. The recovery time was minimal with little to know swelling. The staff even called the same afternoon to check in with us regarding recovery. Highly recommend Dr. E. Frank Hancock!

If I could give negative stars I would. Let me start from the beginning. The first appointment I made last year and waited months for, took off of work and everything. They called and canceled the day before. I was very understanding and even made another appointment. Just received a call thirty minutes before my appointment saying they are canceling the appointment because they don't accept Medicaid for people above 18 and would not discuss even how much the procedure would cost, nor even continue on with the concultation appointment even if I paid out of pocket. Sounded strange so I contacted my dentist. They said everything should be approved. So I called the Medicaid office and they said everything should be covered and they were the ones needing to call to see if madicaid would be approved not the patient. Very unprofessional of them. So when going in and talking to the lady at the front desk the story completely changed and she said they do not accept Medicaid at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to miss countless days of work, be lied to, and basically just waste your time. I hope this saves someone else the trouble in the future.
