Dr. Patrick Lucaci is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who likes being actively involved in the treatment of his patients, from start to finish. He strives to be the best at what he does and enjoys being a part of our team here at E-Care Dentistry. He has previously been the Chief Resident of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, received the Mosby Award of Surgical Excellence, the Surgical Achievement Award, and the Habitat for Humanity International Youth Leadership Award.
Dr. Lucaci completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2009 and his Medical Doctor (MD) degree also at UMKC, in 2012. Subsequently, he completed a General Surgery Internship at Truman Medical Center in 2013 and his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery degree in 2015.
Dr. Manz earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri Kansas City in 2015. She joined our team in 2020 and has completed special certifications in esthetic dentistry and office interdynamics/teamwork. Dr. Manz is a member of the American Dental Association. She loves being able to improve peoples smiles and overall self-esteem. Dr. Manz looks forward to patient interaction, forming relationships and trust between provider and patient. When not in the office, Dr. Manz enjoys painting, horseback riding, and running.
Dr. Kayla Leach grew up in Wichita, KS along with her younger sisters. She received a Bachelors degree in Biology & Chemistry from Kansas State University. Her passion for dentistry developed while working as an oral surgery assistant. During her four years as an oral surgery assistant, her love for dentistry flourished which led her to pursue a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Leach received dental training from A.T. Still University, the Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health in St. Louis. Following dental school, she had the honor and pleasure of providing dental care to veterans at the Indianapolis V.A. Medical Center while she obtained advanced training in complex dentistry. Dr. Leach is passionate about meeting both your dental wants and needs, whether that be enhancing your smile or restoring your health and function.
Dr. Leach is involved in our dental community and is a participant of the Spear Study Club where she collaborates with other dentists locally on everything from interdisciplinary complex cases to simple best practices. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and is having a blast watching her nieces and nephews grow up. Her hobbies include traveling, cooking, and being outdoors.
Bri started working in dentistry in 2016. She started her career as a dental assistant prior to transitioning to her current position so shes knowledgeable of both the clinical and business aspects of our practice. Outside of work Bri spends her free time traveling and spending time with her husband and two rescue dogs.
Bailey graduated from Concorde College in 2015 and joined our team in 2020 after earning an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. She looks forward to meeting new people and helping them get their smile back. Our patients appreciate Baileys ability to put them at ease and manage their dental anxiety. When not in the office, Bailey has volunteered with Team Smile, and enjoys being outdoors, playing with her son and dogs, and spending time at the lake.
Katrina graduated from the University of Kansas in 2020, with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. She enjoys interacting with our patients and is passionate in making their visits in our office as seamless and enjoyable as possible. In her free time, Katrina enjoys spending time with family and her three dogs, watching the Chiefs play, and cheering on the KU basketball team.
Nassima graduated from the University of Algeria in 2010. She then studied General Studies at Johnson County Community College and later graduated from Concorde Career College. In 2019, she joined the E-Care Dentistry team. Nassima got into the dentistry field because she likes to interact with patients and help to restore their smile. This makes her happy and fulfilled.
When shes not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and beautiful daughters. She likes to read Paulo Coelhos books in French and teach her daughters the other languages that she knows. She is also interested in cars!
Luis trained as a Dental Assistant (91 E) and Preventive Dental Specialist (X2 Dental Hygiene) in the United States Army. He joined our team in 2021, and brings over 25 years of experience. He has assisted mostly in oral surgery and sedation dentistry over the course of his career. He loves getting to work alongside the team of highly skilled clinicians in our office. Outside of work, Luis is quite the handy man and enjoys doing DIY projects for his girlfriend, cooking, and spending time with his teenage daughter.
