This is the worse dentist I've ever encountered. I'm writing this for my mom. She's been trying to get her top dentures replaced that were perfect mind you. The old ones were perfect. She's been dealing with this replacement for months. And they're just not comfortable. I begged my mom to go to another dentist. But today the staff pushed my mom to look for a new dentist. Stacy(staff) was soo rude to my elder mother that she's decided to stop going there. Go to this dentist at your own risk. Stacy had the nerve to tell my mother that the misunderstanding with the dentist is not her problem. That's all good bye Mitchell.

Dr.Mitchell and he's staff are truly the best experience I have had going to a dentist. I'm not sure exactly how long Dr. Mitchell has been a Dentist , but I know he has decades of experience. An I was just blown away how "GENTLE" and smooth he was when he filled some cavities I had. I was so nervous hearing that drill!!!!! Again I am just blown away how easy and painless it was being under he's care. The shot to numb my gums didn't hurt he wasn't forceful or hard pressing. Truly just smooth as butter!!!! I am just so grateful I found a dentist to finally get my teeth saved!!! Having bad teeth can be one of the most painful and embarrassing things to deal with. I tried several other dental Doctors ,and everyone broke my wallet before I even got in the dental chair , they were completely unsympathetic with my financial situation and literally didn't help me at all. It is a process maintaining good teeth, but if you are like me an are desperate to find the right Dentists you can't find better then Dr.Mitchell!!!!

Dr Mitchell's office is always very professional. I've been going there for years. I never have to wait that long of course there is some waiting time but it's very conducive to the situation.

First appointment was great. Everyone was very friendly. I got a second appointment for the week after at 1pm. I walked over and arrived around 12:45 to find that the door was locked. No 'Out To Lunch' sign or anything like that. I waited about 5 minutes out in the heat and decided to walk back home. Google Maps said they were open at the time. Turns out they are usually closed from 12 to 1 for lunch. I wish they had a website with this info and to do online appointments. Other than that my root canal and crown went well. Dr. Mitchell seems experienced and good at his craft. Everyone that works there was pleasant to deal with.

I've called 3 times to make appointment over the period of a month. They have voicemail set up for phone calls, never answer the phone directly and never return the calls. Obviously if you need an appointment, they are not easy to get so I would not recommend anyone to go here.

I am giving one star for 4 reasons: 1) I came here seeking a regular cleaning. Turns out on first visit they only do a dental exam and x-rays, and they make you come in a second time for a cleaning. I have seen multiple dentists before, and all of them have done everything in one visit. When I initially made the appointment over the phone, I said I wanted a cleaning and they said nothing about it requiring two appointments. This forced me to take more time off work. 2) They told me I needed a full mouth debridement (FMD), which would cost me $55 even with my dental insurance; my insurance would have covered 100% of the cost of a regular cleaning. I have been seeing dentists for 25-30 years and nobody has ever required me to do this extra cleaning before. I looked up photos of FMD, and the 'before' pictures showed people with a lot of visible plaque/tartar on their teeth - my teeth were nowhere near that level. When I found out I'd have to pay for that special cleaning, I asked them if I could just get a regular free cleaning, and they refused because they said the dentist could lose his license if he does a regular cleaning when a more specialized one is required. When I came in for the cleaning, the hygienist told me "I can tell you take care of your teeth, and you just have a little buildup." Why does a "little buildup" require a special cleaning? 3) Front desk staff was rude. 4) Although Dr. Mitchell was friendly, he does not seem very knowledgeable. He told me I need a new toothbrush every 3 weeks. That seemed way too often to me, so I clarified that he indeed meant 3 weeks, not 3 months. I later Googled it and saw that both Oral B and Colgate recommend a new one every 3-4 months. I'm not sure why Dr. Mitchell's opinion on this differs so much from the recommendations of toothpaste and toothbrush companies. Needless to say, for my next cleaning I will be going to another dentist.
