Dr. Raven Henderson founded Dynobite Smiles in 2008 with a mission of 'Treating little smiles in a big way.' Dr. Henderson graduated from Howard University with her DDS and certificate in pediatric dentistry. She enjoys teaching the pediatric dental residentsat Yale and spending time with her son, Luke and husband, Marc.

I was absolutely dreading a dentist appointment with three kids under the age of 6; however, I was surprised and impressed with how amazing the whole experience was. All three of my children enjoyed going to the dentist, there were no tears, or upset over a new experience. I can not say enough good things.

Dr Raven Henderson is all a parent can hope for in a dentist/ dental practice for their kids! I really, really wish I'd found her sooner. Pain free visits, a relaxed and happy, friendly vibe. My kids haven't pouted about the dentist once since becoming patients here! I recommend to anyone in the area looking for a pediatric dentist!

The dentist and assistants were great getting my son through his appointment. He was very scared and they were super patient and understanding. My son loved the TV on the ceiling and he had fun helping brush the dinos teeth to get him adjusted. Ended his appointment with a fun goodie bag and the dentist answered all my questions about my son's teeth..

Staff is amazing! My daughter who is 2 1/2 is very shy and can put up a struggle to open her mouth. They were patient, gentle, caring and was able to get her to feel more comfortable during her exam. I was in shocked and amazed. Wonderful team! Highly recommend

Absolutely the best dental office for kids. The staff members are amazing, super patient, and understanding. They explain everything as they go and answer all your questions so you leave there knowing everything you need to. Definitely the best choice we made for our kids and their healthy teeth. We recommend this office to our family and friends with children.

Don't even bother going here. I waiting 2 months to book an appt for my daughter. When I called in April, they said I need to fill out a form before booking an appt. I did. I called them to say I filled out the form. They said they don't have any appt in may and told me to call begin of June, to get an appt on June. I even asked her how can I call in June to see the Dr in June. The staff repeated what she said to call in June. I called their office today only to get an appt on July 19. DO NOT GO THERE.

We recently switched to dynobite and have been very happy. The hygenists are very friendly and gentle. They do a great job explaining to my children what is going on with their teeth. Dr. Raven is the same way. They were very accommodating during a semi emergency. As an added bonus for a large family- they will take all 4 of my children in one appointment and we are in and out in a timely manner. Thank you Dr. Raven and staff!

I took my 3 kids and was in and out within 40 mins. Staff is friendly, great hygienists 1 for each child. They know how to deal well with 3 yr old. Dr Raven was friendly and explained what needed to be done moving forward. Great place.

Warm welcoming staff who were very sensitive and sweet with my 2yo. Love the ambience with the Dino art and decorations. Helps make kid dental visits as fun as possible... highly recommend them if you're in need of a pediatric dentist!

Amazing as always, my boys have been coming to Dr. Henderson for many, many years. Boys were 9 and 11 the younger both started with her when they were 1, they are now 16/17. Always greeting with a smile, always involved with my kid's treatments. Since we have history always a laugh or two. Amazing woman and Dentist. Thank you for being you.

What a great experience! Upon arrival, the office was bright and fun. The staff met us in the lobby and engaged with the kids right away. They talked with them during the entire cleaning explaining things and kept them engaged. My daughter especially liked the TV on the ceiling which she could watch while having her cleaning. She said she wishes we came here a long time ago. We look forward to coming back.

Superb customer service. Friendly staff. The culture is so accommodating to families and the needs/wants of children. There's even a large "family" space where the whole family can be inside the same room while the patient is being seen. Dr. Raven is always pleasant and super patient with my boys. If they have questions about what she is doing, she stops to answer them. She talks her way through the procedures, out loud, so my boys understand what's going on. She introduces the instruments before they go inside the mouth, so my boys can feel more comfortable. She is the dentist we all wish we had as children. Thank you, Dr. Raven and team!

Very curtious and attentive staff. Dr. Raven is great with my daughters, aged 10 and 4. I've never had an issue with my girls acting out or being afraid due to the calm behavior of the doctor and staff. I highly recommend Dynobite Smiles for your kid's dental health.

Amazing and kind experience we had today at Dynobite Smiles! My son has profound nonverbal autism and dental visits have always been challenging. The hygienist was OVER THE TOP amazing and carefully and sweetly explained her every move to my son allowing him to do his best to relax. Dr. Henderson is so thorough and an amazing communicator. We have the utmost confidence in the team at Dynobite. Highly recommend!!
