Very disappointed, had an appointment schedule for 6 months and yet we waited to be seen for 40 minutes. They were behind on their schedule but did not notify us about it.

First off it was VERY difficult for them to verify my insurance they told me multiples time I probably didn't have the coverage because they were struggling to verify... I had to insist that I do have insurance. It seemed like receptionist was just lazy.. The dentist has terrible bedside manor. She also made me bleed during her portion of the exam.. They tell me that I need a deep cleaning and refused to do a regular cleaning which I was already scheduled for. So I go up to the front to schedule this deep cleaning and apparently they can't get me in till August?? Soo I need a cleaning so badly but let's wait 6 months to do it? You have time for a cleaning today but not a deep cleaning and the only difference is that I'm locally numbed for it and it takes 2 visits? Then I'm quoted for this deep cleaning.. they had incorrect amounts for my co pays and argued with me on the subject before smugly commenting on my husbands rank in the military as it coincides to my copay amounts. Also the deep cleaning costs almost 800$ after insurance covers 70%. I've never had a cavity in my life, I don't have gum disease, and they're recommending an expensive laser treatment and deep clean.. this place is a SCAM!! I wouldn't be surprised if they were booked out for these "deep cleanings" because they're gouging the military community who hasn't been able to get teeth cleanings for awhile since Covid started. I'm disappointed I waited over a month for an appointment with these people then wasted my insurance coverage on a useless exam. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable dentist.

The staff is great! They were great for my teeth and did a wonderful job for my kids teeth as well. Best dentist I've found in a while!

My recents experience with dynamic Dental, Have been very unpleasant as- well unprofessional From the Dental assistance ( from touching every thing that not dental necessity, to computer key boards that haven't been sanitize ( covid) to just touching random things in the office ( covid) now taking those same hands and placing them in mouth gloves or no gloves that's not okay ( when I asked to speak with Dr. Jin he refused I'm like that's not okay ( and the prior visit before, I had to suction out my mouth because he was short staffed

I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned by Beverly RDH! She cleaned my teeth pain free and it felt like I had brand new teeth when she was done! Highly recommend!

After having to leave my old dentist because they wouldn't accept my insurance, Dynamic Dental has so far been a very positive experience. I'm a Senior wanting to keep my natural teeth intact for the rest of my life and so far it looks like they're going to help me do it. The staff is always so knowledgeable and courteous. And I've never had to sit in the waiting room a long time which I really appreciate.

In my experience, the staff is always welcoming and show great bedside manner. My most recent trip ended with my being converted to a Waterpik user after having almost too-interesting of a conversation for the subject matter at hand with Beverly. I'm really glad I've found them, and I look forward to keeping my chompers healthy as possible with their help.

I've been going here since I was in elementary school. The environment is so homely & friendly. Great services and great people! Everyone is so nice, Beverly the new hygienist is so thorough, and it's just a great time! I never thought I'd enjoy going to the dentist but going here feels like seeing family every single visit!

Honestly I had been here a couple of times. I have no complains about the friendliness of the staff and the doctors. Everything is amazing on customer service. I had a problem when I had a grievance about some pain on one of my molars. It was diagnosed as "just a sensitive molar". Completely misdiagnosed by this office. Now I'm looking into extensive options more expensive than when it should have been. This could have been caught years ago when I went to their office before.

Im new in NV and was searching for a dental clinic wherein I can be sched ASAP coz its been a couple years since I haven't have a check up. I saw DD, read their reviews then tried myself to book & I was able to get an appt right away despite the pandemic last February. Their location is accessible and you can find more parking lot from the area. I had my xray done first then have my teeth perform thorough assessment. Their clinic is nice & clean & all staffs were really following standard protocol of infection control. I had bunch of work up and procedures and Dr Jin Kim explained it thoroughly. I sched myself for multiple fillings first and again I was a able to sched it right away. Sadly Dr Jin Kim didnt perform my first fillings coz he's not available that time but it was explained to me prior making that appt. But I was also happy for the work of Dr who did of my first fillings. On the second visit, there's some short delay of waiting for my procedure in between, I guessed they were so busy that time but it was fine w/ me coz I dont have any other appt. Dr Jin Kim did my second part of fillings and was also did a great job! Sach btw also did a great job for explaining for the deep cleaning & laser procedure unfortunately my insurance is exhausted so I just avail the regular cleaning. I love the staffs and service they have and I highly recommend them.

This place was a God send. I hadn't been to see any dentist in years. I am horribly afraid of dentists and was even more afraid to go during a pandemic. I only went because I was in terrible pain. However, as soon as I stepped through the door, I was greeted by staff and made to feel comfortable. Erica took a picture of my infected wisdom tooth and she chatted with me. She made me feel at home. I wasn't afraid. I felt safe. I will definitely be going back.

I love Dynamic Dental! We are new to LV and picked DD and we are so glad we did! Everyone is so friendly and awesome! As much as I "hate" going to the dentist (because I'm a punk), the Dynamic Dental team makes it a great experience every time! Thank you, DD!!
