Dr. Fermina Villareal Bebing gained her formal training as a graduate of National University School of Dentistry Philippines in 1986. She was a member of the Philippine Dental Association and practiced for a couple years until she immigrated to the United States.
Dr. Bebing is currently licensed by the California Dental Board. Upon licensure, she started Melrose Family Dentistry where she enjoyed providing general dentistry to the people of Los Angeles as well as the surrounding communities. While being a full time Mother, Wife, and a Dentist, she had managed to complete USDIs two year residency in orthodontics. Presently, she is the owner of Dynamic Dental Design, a full-time general practitioner, a member of the American Dental Association, as well as the California Dental Association.
Dr. Geomel Brian Bebing was born in Makati, Philippines and migrated to the U.S. at the age of 9, where he joined his family.After graduating from Cathedral High School in Downtown Los Angeles, he attended Cal State University in Los Angeles and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Within a year of working in the field as a Personal Trainer, he decided to go back to school to follow his mothers footsteps of becoming a dentist. During his time in Midwestern University, Arizona, he has proactively sought out many clinical, surgical, and volunteer opportunities such as a mission trip to Samoa as well as the comprehensive Implant surgical course in Cartagena, Colombia. He is very passionate about Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry as he continues to acquire related continuing education both on a local and a national level. His passion has earned him multiple clinical and academic honors throughout dental school such as the prestigious Deans Clinician Award, Golden Hands Award, Digital Dentistry Award and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists Award. Between his educational and service oriented background, he possesses the skills and abilities necessary to deliver high quality dentistry to all of his patients on a regular basis.

All the staff at this dental office are friendly with positive energy. Monique, Maria and the doctor were especially good to me. There was a gentleman who first helped me, I don't remember his name, but he was great at his job too. Highly recommend Dynamic Dental.

I got recommended by Google Review and Care Credit. Coming into the dentist for the first time by myself was nerve-racking. However, the front desk was super welcoming which lowered my anxiety coming in. Prepping for my wisdom tooth extraction was a breeze. The nurses were able to get X-rays and scans needed for Dr. Brian Bebbing to determine what the issue was. Dr. Brian Bebbing explained how the operation would go, the risks, and etc. During the operation, I felt calm and reassured with how the nurse and Dr. Brian knew their craft and were able to do the operation seamlessly. He was able to take out my wisdom tooth and then some. I would highly recommend this denistry to anyone. The derserve all the high praise. Thank you!!!

The Bebing doctors are truly the best. I had a tooth that has been bothering me for the longest time and I finally took the time to take care of it. I have avoided chewing on that side FOREVER! They took me in as an emergency patient same day. The wait time wasn't too bad. Very clean office and the staff was very professional. Once I did the exam, they determined that the tooth that was bothering me was no longer saveable, so they gave me the option of taking it out and placing an implant right away. Dr. Brian Bebing was great and very thorough with the whole explanation of the implant process. His skills matched his thoroughness, he made it look like a breeze taking my tooth out, cleaning everything out and placing my implant without a hitch. I was very comfortable throughout the process. I then came back a couple months later for the final crown which looks very nice, similar to my other teeth, can't even tell that it was an implant. I'm chewing a lot better on both sides comfortably since I got the final crown. Thank you again doctors, I'll definitely be back to bring my family and refer friends!

My experience was great!! I was a little scared with the anesthesia but the Dr and the assistant were very kind to be patient with me and thanks to that I can control my nerves and trust the whole process.

I went in for x-rays and regular cleaning and the dental assistant was correcting the female dentist. So honestly I didn't feel comfortable. She had glasses and it looks like she had a hard time seeing. And making mistakes. I cannot have anyone working on me that is guessing because they can't see. Is my teeth......yup!

I've been seeing Dr. Fermina Bebing since 2010. I'm glad Dr. Bebing recommend me for a braces and other next treatment after braces for me teeth and she explain very well what is the next step. Customer service there are nice and you can talk to them comfortably and also Both Dr. Bebing was awesome, nice and explain all the treatment you need to do for your teeth. I highly recommend DYNAMIC DENTAL DESIGN.

I was in so much pain that I had a hard time sleeping because I needed to get a root canal. I reached out to a lot of dentists and they were either not available until a month or they just couldn't do it. Until I reached out to Dr. Brian Bebing and he told me to come in the same week! He was able to get me out of pain until he saw me again the following week to do the root canal. Getting a root canal is a tough and painful procedure, but Dr. Bebing made it tolerable. He knew when to ease off when I was in pain based on my facial expressions. He did 2 of my molars in one sitting, which sounds intense but with how he handle the procedure, it went by smoothly. Now I'm living pain free and sleeping comfortably. All thanks to Dr. Bebing! So if you're looking for a flexible, caring, compassionate and professional Dentist, look no further, Dr. Bebing is the one! BTW I drove 38 miles (Van Nuys to Covina) just to see him. That says a lot. So if you're in town don't miss the opportunity to get work done by one of the best!

If Monique can answer all your questions and make you feel at home, then you KNOW THE DR IS GOING TO BE EXCELLENT!!! I don't like the dentist. And my last experience was ok, but the office manager was horrible so I left! Monique is amazing and works with you and the Dr. Transparency and communication is key when working with the dentist. I have med-cal and Monique is extremely helpful!!!
