Each and every individual in this office is always patient-focused. Everyone--from reception to care to checkout is attentive, courteous, kind, and caring. My dentist Dr Kerber always treats me as a partner in my care; and when more than one option exists, he presents those to me, sometimes including referrals outside his office. I am always pain free and comfortable during treatment. My dental hygienist Liz sees me as a person, not just a patient. We exchange the latest news about family and friends, and she ALWAYS speaks positive and encouraging words into my life. I've expressed congratulations on her retirement, but I secretly have selfish feelings about it because I don't want to lose her as my hygienist. However, I have full confidence that I will continue to receive excellent care because I know first-hand the culture of this practice. I also want to mention Van, who always provides up to date information about charges and insurance payments, so no surprises regarding my cost. If I attempt to mention more names, I will embarrass myself because my memory will fail me; thus I only mentioned the ones with whom I have the most contact--but I appreciate and trust ALL OF THEM! I have been a patient here for at least 40 years. Yes, back when this was a one-man dental office. Dr. Horner founded this practice which has grown into the significant practice it is today! He was also my childrens' dentist before Dyersburg was blessed with pediatric dentistry. I have and continue to recommend Dyersburg Dental Associates to family and friends! Martha Hall Schumacher

The staff is great. They have always put my needs first ; they've always worked me in . Never have they tried to talk me into some unnecessary procedure ; never had a problem with up charging. The whole office is very accurate at their job ; including the secretaries and billing. They are able to answer in question I've had. I would recommend them to everyone

I highly recommend Dr Kerber and his staff. Everyone is friendly and caring while wanting to make you as comfortable as possible while doing very painful procedures. If I had had a dentist like Dr Kerber years ago, I would have never grown up to be apprehensive about seeing the dentist. They are the best!!!

The Upmost best professional and caring staff! I had terrible experience at Dr. Self's office and terrible pain with no concern or care at all and being able to transition over and having such a caring and professional staff was such a blessing. They handled my issue with the best care and concern a person could receive. The dentist and staff is amazing and very thorough! Most definitely our family's new dentist home!

The sweet folks here are by far some of the best I've ever known. They get you in promptly, do amazing work and treat you like you're the only patient in the world. I have gone here since I was ever in a dentist chair when Dr Horner was still here and wouldn't consider anywhere else.
