Dr. Ravneet Nijjar grew up in San Jose, CA, and attended the University of California Los Angeles (Go Bruins!) for her undergraduate degree and earned her bachelors in Biochemistry. She earned her Doctorate from Tufts Dental School in Boston, MA. Later, she completed a one-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the Lutheran Medical Center in Flagstaff, AZ, and has thus acquired advanced training in all facets of dentistry.
She is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Southern Alameda County Dental Society, and two local study clubs. Dr. Nijjar enjoys taking many courses throughout the year to stay on the cutting edge of dentistry. Dr. Nijjar's friendly and open approach puts the most anxious of dental patients at ease and her attention to detail reassures patients that they are receiving the best dental treatment possible.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Nijjar loves spending time with her husband, two children, and the rest of her extended family who lives close by. Dr. Nijjar has many interests including cooking, hiking, traveling, attending 49ers, and warriors games.
