I was literally in pain for 4 days, couldnt get seen by my own dental and had look else where. Called so many dental and none would taken me. I was able to get seen by Dyer Dental Care. They did xray and was able tell me what wrong and what needed to be done asap. Dr Nijjar had alot of patience and was able squeeze me and able to extract my tooth. Let me tell you I hate needles and Dr Nijjar had me painless. Even when extracting my tooth was no pain she took care of me so well during the whole exam and procedure. The staff there was super sweet and awsome. Really reccomend for anyone who looking for a new Dental place. Thank you so much for helping me with my pain.

My prior history with any dental office has been a dreadful one; from the discomfort, to the cost, and lack of care provided. I had a tooth crack that is going to require a root canal and of course it happened on the weekend I called around locally and nobody would be willing to see me until 2 weeks from then even emergency. This was about an hour and a half away from my home but absolutely worth it. They were able to get me in with the same day appointment and reasonably priced services and the staff there is so amazing from the front desk to the dentist all very personable and make you feel at ease and explain everything every step of the way. It is most definitely a shame how far it is from my home but I just want to say even if you aren't local and you want the best care give these guys a try promise you will not regret it.

Update, Dr. Nijjar gave me a couple calls and she apologized for my experience even though the whole thing didn't involve her directly. She has written off my balance. The claim has been resubmitted (not by me) and was successfully processed. Even though this has not been a pleasant experience, I am satisfied with how Dr. Nijjar handled the issue. Life happens, and I'd still recommend DDC to whoever's interested. Because you can expect them to be competent even when things go out of plan. But I'd still avoid going there when Dr. Nijjar is absent. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have always had a positive experience with DDC until Dr. Nijjar went on maternity leave. I went in for a regular teeth cleaning last Sept while Dr. Nijjar was absent, the cleaning was performed by a different doctor but that was not where the problem was. The dental office is in-network for my insurance. Upon checking my benefits, the front desk staff had me pay for whatever amount I needed to pay for out-of-pocket, so I did. The story has just started, almost half a year later, I received a text from the office asking whether I've received a statement in the mail with an amount of $14-ish. I was so confused; I have never received any statement in the mail from the dental office. Instead, I have received a couple mails from my insurance company stating that they failed to process the claim because they failed to reach the dental office regarding additional information my insurance company needed. Thinking that it was whatever between the insurance company and DDC, I left it alone. Then I received the text message. At first I thought it was a SCAM. Of course I did not want to pay for anything at this time because I had paid for everything I needed to pay for during my visit. The claim had been filed and received long ago but I had gotten zero communication from the dental office for all this time. The staff gave me a call after reading my reply, but we did not have a pleasant conversation. She even told me that I should've contacted them when I received the mails from the insurance company. Excuse me? You did not contact me either if you really failed to receive any communication from the insurance company, NOR DID I RECEIVE ANY STATEMENT IN THE MAIL. Given that I have never received any statement in the mail for five months, and all my claims have been successfully filed for my previous visits while Dr. Nijjar was in the office, I have reasons to believed that the staff are incompetent to perform their jobs without supervision. Otherwise, they were simply doing things deceitful intentionally. At this point, I am not willing to pay for someone else's incompetency.

As someone who struggles with anxiety around going to the dentist, Dyer Dental Care has done a great job at supporting me through it all! After seeing high reviews, I decide to try it out myself after searching for the right place to receive my dental care. I was met with a warm, caring and supportive welcome from Dr. Nijjar and her staff. The office is kept exceptionally clean and tidy as well. They have worked at my pace and don't start doing any work on me until they know I am okay. They are gentle with my care and always make me feel respected and cared for. I would definitely recommend Dyer Dental Care for your needs! Tell them Shay sent you!

My old dentist retired during the COVID shutdown & Dyer Dental Care took over his facility. My first appointment with Dr. Ravneet Nijjar was a delight. She had not only remodeled the office areas, but also installed new state-of-the-art equipment. She allayed any fears I had & impressed me with her totally pain-free examination. Dr. Nijjar & her staff are both friendly & professional; a winning combination as far as I am concerned! I am looking forward to going to my appointment tomorrow for x-rays & teeth cleaning.

I recently switched dentists as I am new to bay area and I'm so glad that I found Dyer Dental! I had a few appointments with Dr. Nijjar and she is just a joy and made my overall experience great. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely caring! Plus I learn so much at each appointment about maintaining good dental care. The office is beautiful and super clean. Love that they are so easy to reach - just text them anytime and I have texted after hours and Dr Nijjar has replied to my texts in the evening. I used to dread going go the dentist but I look forward to it now. Wouldn't choose any other dental office!

The staff is that good. The vibe in the office is 2nd to none. Dr. Nijar is very knowledgable and it is a priviledge to be a patient there.

Great service and great staff. I love Dr Nijjar's attention to detail. She is very thorough and the office has a lot of new technology. Some of the dental offices I have been to in the past seem very business minded, I did not feel compelled to do anything. I was just educated with the x rays and they took pictures inside my mouth (so easy to see and understand). Anyways, I have a couple fillings that need to be done and I can't wait to get that done. I feel very comfortable here. Thank you for a great service and the office follows all the safety measures.

Totally disappointed and unexpectedly. I found this dentist office based on the good review (all 5 star) and set an appointment for a routine cleaning as a new patient. I ended up spending 2+ hours in the office and didn't get the routine cleaning done. Why did it happen? Because I showed the interest to book a deep cleaning appointment 2 months later. They don't want to bother with a simple routine cleaning today to avoid insurance company's questioning. How did it happen? I have a dental insurance. As a new patient, they did X-ray and gum check on me firstly. They found small amount of plaque or tartar in the X-ray result. The Dr. Wang(didn't provide his name) concluded that it's not serious but recommend to do a deep cleaning. I think it makes sense and I agreed to book an appointment for it. So far so good, right? However, 30 mins later(the front desk lady was using the time to sell all the expensive services), I realized my agreement to book an appointment would cancel my routine cleaning today. The only reason is that they are afraid that the insurance would challenge the future deep cleaning claim if I have a routine cleaning today. 2 hours after I stepping into the dentist door, I ended up receiving nothing but some X-Ray radiation.(I'm sure they will charge the insurance for the X-ray and Gum check.) Conclusion The dentist office is totally driven by money. They don't care for the patients at all. They are trying their best to sell the expensive services(deep cleaning, Orthodontics) and play games with the insurance company. But for what I really need(routine cleaning), they just didn't want to bother with it as it doesn't make much money for them. Avoid this dental office if you can!

You will not regret coming to this office! I made an appointment because I just moved to the Bay Area recently and wanted to find a new dentist. This office just so happens to be nearby so I made an appointment. Alma was very kind and helped me make an appointment to come in the same week. First thing that stood out in this office is the calming decor and how up-to-date the office looks. After filling out paperwork, I was greeted by Yoshi who promptly took me back and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. X-Rays were painless and fairly quick. After the X-Rays were done, Dr. Wong came in and did his portion of the visit. He was very knowledgeable and broke down what I needed done, and why I needed it done and showed me where in my mouth. Alma went over the insurance coverage and what I would have to pay very clearly. I didn't get to meet the owner because she is on maternity leave but I'm sure she will be just as reassuring. I can't believe I am saying this about the Dentist, but I am looking forward to coming back! Thank you Dyer Dental Team!

I had to change dentists after 35 years and was a little nervous. I went to Dyer Dental and was extremely satisfied with the treatment I received. Thank you for making it a smooth transition. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Family friendly atmosphere Dr Nijjar is great she cares about her patients. She made me feel like I was a part of her family. She is very genuine I'm grateful to have found such a wonderful dentist. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

During Covid , I was bit reluctant to visit a Dentist. But Dr. Ravneet Nijjar took all the safety measures. Her style of working is really smooth. Me, my husband and my daughter had best experience. Dr. Nijjar knows her job really well. This was my first time at her clinic, clinic has all latest devices and very friendly enviornment. Will be visiting for my future appointments also.
