I definitely give Dr. Brooksbank 5 stars. He is very thorough, gentle, patient and thoughtful. He never made me feel rushed and was very encouraging. He explained what he was doing and was glad to answer all my questions. Lee Ann, the hygienist, is also very gentle and is very friendly. She always takes extra time to check everything. Theresa at the front desk is always very helpful, thorough and accommodating.

I just had a root canal redone that was initially done at Dycus Dental. He failed to remove the complete root in both canals. An abscess formed so the entire thing had to be retreated. My family stopped going to Dycus Dental when, after regular appointments every six months, four cavities appeared. A second opinion from a different dentist found no cavity.

I have always been fearful of going to the dentist. When my dentist had retired I just stopped going altogether for several years and wasn't sure if I would find another office where I trusted the staff to do a good job. Well I made an appointment with Dr. Dycus dental office and I cannot say enough good things about them. My hygienist, Carter, was so professional and friendly. Out of all the hygienists who have cleaned my teeth before she is the best! She took her time and it did not hurt at all. Dr. Dycus and his staff were so nice. I will definitely be going back to this office for future dental treatments. Thank you!
