Dr. Andy Higham was born and raised in Eastern Idaho and is very thankful to be back living in the community that he loves. Dr. Andy graduated from Shelley High School and went on to attend Utah State University.
It was there that Dr. Andy meet his wife Libby and they have since had two children: a daughter, Teddy and a son, Wally. After graduating from Utah State, Dr. Andy completed dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he graduated summa cum laude. Following dental school, Dr. Andy went on to his orthodontic residency and received his masters degree at the University of Oklahoma.
Having been trained on the most current and advanced techniques in orthodontics, Dr. Andy is well versed in clear aligner treatment as well as traditional braces. He is an avid learner and continually searching for better, patient-friendly, efficient techniques.
Becoming an orthodontist is a dream come true for Dr. Andy. He loves being a part of the life-changing process that is orthodontics and truly loves his job. Outside of orthodontics, Dr. Andy loves family time as well as anything outside, be it hiking, jogging, golfing, or fishing and hunting with family and friends. He loves watching and playing all sport and tries to make it to as many local high school events as possible.
Our orthodontic team strives to exceed expectations through our superior performance and personal hands-on approach to each patients orthodontic needs. They are trained to provide dental care and education to their patients (children, adolescents, and adults) under the direction of Dr. Andy Higham.

Dr. Higham went above and beyond to take care of me as a patient! He came into the office after hours to fix my teeth after an unexpected injury and made sure that I received the best care and treatment afterwards. I highly recommend coming to Dr. Higham for all of your orthodontic needs as he truly cares for his patients and provides genuine quality service!

I have been extremely happy with Baker Orthodontics since going to them after I moved and was without an orthodontist for a few years. I needed to find a new orthodontist to replace a permanent retainer of mine. My teeth had moved since the other retainer had not been in place, and they made sure that I was able to fix and be 100% happy with my teeth again before replacing the permanent retainer. All the staff are incredibly friendly, Dr. Higham is very knowledgeable, and their payment plans made my treatment affordable even without insurance. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Baker and Higham and their team are wonderful! They are warm and friendly and take good care of us. We always feel like we are among friends when we come in. I like that they are conservative in their treatment and don't suggest multiple phases of orthodontia unless it's really necessary. They are good communicators and take time to help us understand the current objectives and procedures.
