Initially came to Dr Duval to save some money. However they make the patients wear a mask. ITS A FREAKING ORTHODONTIST OFFICE. HOW ARE THEY SUPPOSE TO KEEP A MASK ON? But the Rudeness at the front desk...... WOW

Worst Customer Service and Patience Care Experience ever... After years of doing business here they are still over booked and under staffed. The wait time is hours after you make an appointment but if you come a few minutes late they will not see you. The doctor is a very professional guy but it's the others that you have to deal with that makes the experience unpleasant. Some days the attitudes are good someday it's worse. I had two appointments today for my daughter's called in 2 hours ahead to let them know I'll be pushing it to make it on time but I'm coming. We arrived at 2pm exact appt time go to check in and didn't have but 1 face mask. They refused to see the child with the face mask but offered to charge me $2 for a face mask where proceeds would go to charity for myself and my other daughter. It's not the point of paying $2 it's the principal that you don't value your customers enough and would rather lose over $10k in business from a face mask that cost less than .25 so I went to the store to purchase face mask and once I returned we were told that we would need to reschedule our appointment. I've referred many people to this practice because I would rather my dollar cycle within my community and I've dealt with alot because of that... Good Luck !

We were recommend to this orthodontist by my son's dentist. When we initially went in everyone was very nice and welcoming but after having been a patient for several months, my opinion has definitely changed! The staff is VERY RUDE, in person and over the phone! They short talk you, have no phone etiquette, and are not at all helpful when you have an issue! They lock you in by having you sign a contract, so I guess they feel as if they can treat you any kind of way because you can't leave. If you can find another orthodontist in your area, I highly recommend you do that, because the customer service here SUCKS!!!!

Dr.Duval office and staff are the best they always do a great job. My son had his braces on twice because he didn't want to do right and Dr. Duval gave it to me straight and was like mom don't waste your money if he will not do what's right after that my son started taking care of his braces and following protocol now he has a beautiful smile that amazes everyone.

I've been a patient of Dr. DUVAL's for about 2 and a half years now. I use the Warner Robins office and love them! Always easy to change or reschedule my appointment, short wait times (if any) and ms. Rhonda even helped me file an insurance claim to see if my dental coverage would take care of any of my treatment. Every orthodontist assistant I've had work on my braces has been friendly and answered all my questions.

Dr. Duval and Mrs. Rhonda are the best. Duval Orthodontics have been nothing but respectful, courteous and very timely. I have never had a visit that I wasn't pleased with.

The front office staff is insanely rude. Force you to buy a mask even when they aren't wearing theirs properly and they literally work IN YOUR MOUTH. Your staff is important and if that's how you represent the Dr I would highly advise against this place.

Dr. Duval is very nice but his staff is very rude. The women at the front desk are the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever met in a place of business. Dr. Duval and business manager tries justify this behavior instead of correct it. This shows they only care about your money and not you. Don't go here. There are other orthodontist that respect you and your hard earned dollar. I don't understand where professionalism and integrity has gone with some of these companies.

I was hoping that the issue would have been handled professionally. I would have done so but I was sadly mistaken to think this office would. The Dr. stated that the office is ran differently in Albany. I had concerns that I shared with the Dr that he would look into then call back because the financial aspect of the business he allows someone else to handle cool Explaining my experience was a waste of time because coming to an appointment Monday not only was the same person that I had the issue with in the first place told me that the Dr called Friday that the information was keyed in incorrectly that my daughter who has paying what was told to pay by the Warner Robins office now owes more and was just told today out of the blue. Where was the Courtesy that I provided not extended on Monday no apology just sternly here is what you signed at that office and you owe even more because of an oversight on their part. This was never about the fee but all about customer service at what was supposed to be professional from the front of the office back to your door out. My teen daughter was handling her affairs they lost payments and they don't honor their customers obviously therefore this review. The contract that I signed in Albany was the same contract that they gave me a copy of today and the fee was not the in my current city than in my past. The Dr himself gave me his word that he would get back with me but instead went with what the office stated. We will take care of the necessary contract payments. No real explanation as to why switch up but I assure you we are not happy with this practice and the lack of empathy.

I've been going here for a year and a half now, had some financial issues and had to miss an appointment. The front desk lady ALWAYS has an attitude and basically told me that there is no reason for me not to have money and that I should be able to pay $500 that day. She's obnoxious and has 0 customer service skills. I wish I would've done more research into this place before choosing to have my orthodontic treatment done here..... also they DO NOT answer their phone now do they return calls.

My daughter was a client 5 years ago and I absolutely loved the office. No frills, just did the job. So of course I would bring my son. I set up a consultation appointment and Dr Duval called the day prior to discuss any concerns. That is where the positivity ended. Upon his consultation we did not see Dr Duval but I'm assuming an associate. He ran through what plan of action was needed and stated he had "strong jaw" and of course I'm asking questions and want the quickest course of correction. His contract and braces was established that day! 1st Red flag 2nd the dental tech actually puts the braces on, not the Dr. The entire time. you're waiting in the car and they are giving care and instructions to a 10yr old and a pamphlet. Not even 3 hrs the first bracket broke. Went back in a few days later and that is when things went south. The customer service here is atrocious. We waited and hour past our appt. When asked how much longer the front desks rudely stated "they will get to you when the get to you" I'm not sure what store had audacity on sale but she definitely purchased in bulk. Who I am assuming is the office manager came and stated they were behind and this was the first time someone complained about the clerk. I guess my issue is, if you know she has an issue with good customer service why not remove or fix the issue. I refuse to spend 2 years dealing with this. When terminating your contracting, after a month, there is a $700 fee. Read your contract. All other monies and deposit are written numerically while the termination fee is written out as seven hundred dollars, which is a sneaky tactic as it is not obvious as your skimming the paperwork and definitely not discussed by anyone on the staff. Overall, where I once gave this office five stars, they are now in my eyes 2 If that.

I absolutely love this office! I feel comfortable letting my daughter go in without me and she is always so happy when she is done. She's never scared going either. The staff is friendly and bubbly. It's just a great experience!
