Our practice offers services such as crowns, dental implants, teeth whitening and more. We also perform emergency dental services which include root canals and extractions. As a local family practice, we create lifelong relationships with our patients and their families by working to ensure they receive treatment in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
Dr. Van Regenmorter graduated in 1995 from University of Nebraska. He began practicing dentistry in Fall River, MA in February 1996 at his own practice on Hanover street and at Health First. He opened his Tiverton location in 2001 and has enjoyed serving the surrounding community ever since.
In his off time, he enjoys fishing, old cars, spending time with friends and antiquing with his wife and daughters. JP and his wife have raised 3 amazing young women and looks forward to having grandchildren one day.
During his senior year of high school, Kyle began shadowing Dr. Van Regenmorter at Dutchman Dental. This was his first real exposure to the dental world beyond being just a patient. He knew immediately that dentistry was the career for him. After high school, he went on to Framingham State University where he majored in Biochemistry. After receiving a Bachelor's degree in 2010, he went on to Boston University School of Medicine where he earned a Master's degree in Medical Sciences with a concentration in Oral Health. From there he entered Boston University School of Dental Medicine where he graduated with a D.M.D. degree in 2017.

Dr. Javier Ramirez was raised in Medellin, Colombia where he graduated from Antioquia University Dental school, one of South America's most prestigious Dental schools. He relocated to the USA where he attended the University of Illinois, Chicago; Graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2007.
Dr. Ramirez is passionate about his field, he is an avid participant in continuing dental education and brings patients the most current up to date care. He joined Dutchman dental in 2013 and since then has been bringing exceptional care to our patients. He also serves as Dental Director to Comprehensive Community Action Programs and participates in numerous volunteer programs to help educate the undeserved communities.
Dr. Vanessa Guerrero was raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She remained local and obtained her bachelor's degree in Biology at Boston University in 2010. She then completed a post baccalaureate program in predental studies at the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2012. Dr. Guerrero earned her doctor of dental medicine degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2017. After graduating dental school, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the Providence VA Medical Center where she enjoyed providing dental care to America's veterans.
Dr. Austin Labbe was born and raised in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. After earning a bachelors degree in Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh, he completed his doctorate in dental medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. There he graduated with honors, with a focus in the treatment of patients with complex medical conditions. The following year, he traveled to Houston to continue his training alongside world-renowned dental specialists at the Texas Medical Center. He was quickly recognized by his peers for his advanced skills in clinical dentistry, earning him the title of Chief Resident. During his tenure in Houston, he earned certifications in Invisalign, nitrous oxide sedation, oral sedation, as well as laser dentistry.
As a lifelong resident of North Kingstown, Dr. Labbe loves everything RI and MA has to offer. Outside of dentistry, he prefers to spend his free time with family and friends on the water enjoying boating, fishing, and swimming.

I had a cleaning and X-rays today - it went very well. Sandi is very professional and friendly. She does an excellent job with my teeth. It was nice to meet Dr. Lorenz. She was very pleasant and thorough. Her Dad was my dentist for many years. He was top notch! Dr. Medeiros has done a couple of my crowns. I had my crown put in within a few hours. He explained the procedure and I actually watched my crown being made. He was excellent! I highly recommend this practice.

I will say that I have been coming here for four years now and every time I come it is like visiting with family. April is amazing and my doctor knows that I am always stressed out and she handles the situation incredibly she taught me how to breathe through my fears and it absolutely works. Please don't hesitate to come here as you will never be disappointed as the staff when you first walk in greet you with a smile and on the way out they make sure that all your questions are answered, hands-down the best dentist around.

I highly recommend this dental practice for every and anyone! Especially those who have anxiety or fear of dentists. Before today I've had the absolute worst fear of dentists. I had to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted and it could not have gone any smoother and with little discomfort at all. Dr. Kyle Medeiros did a fantastic job, he is quick and painless! The entire place is filled with real people who take the utmost care of you! From the receptionists to the Drs.- All outstanding!

My dentist of 40 years retired. My first impressions of True Dental are very positive. The clerical staff was friendly and accommodating. The dental hygienist, Nicole, was excellent, and Dr. Medeiros was also both friendly and competent.

Dr Medeiros and his staff are awesome. He is caring, genuine and very patient. I'm a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist as I have had some bad experiences. I ended up needing a root canal and crown. I was petrified of having a root canal and it went so well. He did an amazing job. When I went back to have my crown done the process was very easy and my permanent crown was done same day and it looks beautiful! I recommend True Dental to anyone who is looking for a dentist. Extremely impressive is all I can say. From check-in through the procedure, to check out was a painless (no pun intended) and seamless experience. I had an 8 am appointment. I was in my chair at 7:55 and walked out the door a little passed 9 am. That made me feel like they appreciate people's time. While in the chair, their pleasant demeanor and upbeat positive attitude made me comfortable during the procedure. If I need any future dental work (which I hope I don't), I'm absolutely coming back to see Dr. Medeiros and the staff at TRUE Dental. Best wished and keep up the great work.

Really appreciate this office and the caring staff. Everyone is pleasant and efficient. The waiting area and care areas are neat and clean. They run on time but never make you feel rushed . Great care for many years for my whole family.
