I seriously can't fully express how grateful I am for the folks at Dusk for what they did to me today. I've had insane pain for over a month from a crown another dentist put in - a dentist who I'm learning completely mistreated my situation and put me in an unreasonable amount of agony over the course of MONTHS of appointment after appointment. I had an appointment scheduled with Dusk to address this in about 10 days, but at the peak of my pain today I emailed Dusk to see if they could take my ANY earlier. They quickly responded and fit me in at the end of the day much to my relief, and despite it being 7:30pm I was treated with SUCH kindness and care. They totally coulda just addressed my pain or told me I needed a cleaning and had to come back to address the rest - but they did my X-rays, my cleaning, AND figured out the source of my pain all at once. They validated the qualms I had about my past dental work and they made me feel like I was justified instead of gaslighting me the way my last dentist did. I felt immediate relief and was given a path to recovery through medication and a follow up visit, something I didn't think I'd get done today and didn't know if I could wait for any longer. Also, being a 29 year old with a bad history of dentists and getting the little post-cleaning goodie bag really lifted my spirits after a hard day. Thank you Dusk, you really saved my mouth today

We love our new dentist, the hygienist and staff were outstanding. I took my 2 kids after a while of not seeing a dentist during pandemic. My kids were scared and nervous while we wait, but the staff were so sweet, friendly and gentle with them. I will definitely bring my kids back to them, they had a good experience.

I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY 90 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. I START CALLING THEM TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS SET IN TERMS OF INSURANCE VERIFICATION, AND NO ANSWER. THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT COMES, I LEAVE MULTIPLE MESSAGES, AND NO ANSWER! I RESCHEDULE THE APPT AND CALL THE DAY BEFORE TO FIND OUT THEY ARE CLOSED THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TOO, EVEN THOUGH IT IS THEIR MISTAKE. I'M JUST GLAD I DIDN'T MAKE THE TRIP WITH HER IN THE COLD!

Took my father here as a self pay patient and they were super fun and kind people. Dr.Massabny did everything in their power to communicate with my father despite the language barrier and did everything to accomodate us with a good price for all of his services. The hours are super convenient as well because it doesn't require us to call out of work most of the time. 10/10 reccommend.
