ZERO STARS! I never received a letter that Dr Durso sold his practice. I had been going to see him and his hygienist, Sue, for 20 years! I also never received a letter from the new practice. When I got there for my appointment, I saw the new signage. They told me Dr. Durso sold his dental practice and left the area. I then waited for 30 min and asked why Sue was so backed up. I was told I would be called in soon. Well, turns out that Sue also was no longer there. The new hygienist told me after 20 minutes of evaluating my teeth that she could not do a cleaning and I needed major work. After all that, I still was never told who the dentist is that replaced Dr Durso! This was all very unprofessional.

Update your website already -- the hours do not match the hours on the answering machine, the book an appointment function doesn't work at all.

Found out Dr. Durso was not accredited by the BBB! My husband had upper implants done 8 years ago. For the past 8 years he has had to replace one or two teeth every year as a different tooth would break off. Today, once again, he had an appointment to fix a broken tooth! During his appointment he learned that Dr. Durso retired without leaving instructions with the ongoing problem of teeth breaking off. They said he sent out letters to his patients????? We never received a letter!!! He probably had no answers as to what my husband should do!! The office said, they don't repair implants. Why didn't they tell him that when he made his appointment? We had to pay $25,000 upfront when the surgery was done This is all wrong what my husband has been going through! We finally found a new dentist. After the new dentist looked over the broken implant appliance he said he's never had anyone come in with teeth that break off. From what he explained, the implant was made with cheap materials. I'm still waiting for the new staff to refund me over $450 for a crown that was paid for but never done. I spoke with the new staff several weeks ago regarding my refund a she said they were working on it. I have left phone messages for over a month and no calls have been returned. They also removed the after hours number from their recording. It's unfortunate the new staff was left with a mess from Dr. Durso! It's all about money! $25,000!

I called this office when trying to find emergency care for my husband. They didn't have availability, but their amazing receptionist took the time to CALL OTHER PLACES to find care for my husband-who wasn't even their patient. Outstanding customer care.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Durso, and was very surprised to hear he was no longer with the practice after building it for decades. The two dental hygienists' who are still there, Lisa and Sue, are wonderful. The vibe in the office is definitely not the same, without Dr. Durso, and he is very missed by our family!

Dr. Durso was my dentist for many, many years, and Sue has always done a fantastic job with my cleanings. I was very disappointed to learn that February 7, 2022 was his last day. His farewell letter didn't instill much confidence (or mention) the future of this practice. At my last cleaning, the female dentist was coughing through her mask quite unapologetically, and the other dentist that did my filling did not project the same degree of professionalism as Dr Durso. I'm disappointed to be on the lookout for a new practice, but I think all past and present patients of Dr. Durso should be made aware of the personnel changes.

Went for a teeth cleaning and had Sue as my dental technician as usual. She is always very precise and gentle. Took my xrays to show Dr Durso and set up my next cleaning appointment. Set an appointment at the front desk for Dr Durso. I always leave there feeling so refreshed and confident in all the information given. Never dread going to the dentist as long as they are my Dr and Technician. Thank you Dr Durso and Associates!! Sue

I'm new to state and needed a Dentist. Dr. Durso & Associates has a great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly made me feel extremely comfortable. Lisa was my hygienist and did a great job explaining what she was doing, plus she did not rush and my teeth did not hurt afterwards. I got a great vibe from Dr. Durso when he come in to do the final check. He explained everything that needed to be done.

First time patient. Great experience. I am always nervous about the dentist after my previous history with teeth. Super nice staff and they make everything easy going. Edit: I continued to go here the last 2 years and I love them. I had sudden pain and went in to see one of dursos associates. I'm forgetting her name but she was truly wonderful and so sweet and comforting!!! Got me fixed up during my lunch break. Thank you!!!

Been going to Dr. Durso's office for years. He is the best dentist I've ever had. Staff is also. I've spent thousands on dental work over those years. Covid hit and it's been awhile since I've been able to get in. Got my two shots. Have my vaccination card. I walked in and they told me to put a mask on. I told them I had my shots and can't pass the virus to anyone. They told me I still needed to wear one. I cancelled my appointment and left. Looking for a new office. Really sad.

Everyone in the office is always so friendly. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. They explain everything they are doing and listen to your concerns. I know if I ever have a dental emergency they will be there for me.

I recently changed dentists to Durso & Associates which is closer to my home and more convenient to visit. My experience was excellent, with a courteous staff and efficient operation. And in this time of Covid I appreciated the thorough but not burdensome precautions.

By far the best dentistry office out there. Dr. Durso is the nicest man and always does an amazing job. The technicians are great and the front desk is friendly and knowledgeable. Been going here since I was 5 and would never go anywhere else! I don't know what I'm going to do if Dr. Durso ever retires!!
