I was here back in June 2022 after seeing your ad on Facebook for dental implants. Got and honored my appointment. Initially the experience was great with the staff, but that changes when the doctor came in to the room. He came off as bit aggressive and sort of blaming me for the bone loss I happened to have. The doctor was pretty much chastising me for my condition. He then promised to look into my case and will get back to me. After few weeks of getting no response I did a follow up through email and up till now I didn't get any response. Couple of possibilities...that may be I can't afford the procedure or he is not qualified enough to help me out. Luckily I contacted Dr Spiro Karas of classic Dental Art of Manalapan and thank God he was right on it. He assured me he will take care of me. He came through yesterday and the surgery was successful and yes I can afford to pay for the procedure. I felt very disappointed with Durham Dental Center. I don't like leaving negative reviews and only do so when I really have to. I am a level 8 Google maps local contributor with over 50 million views and so I take my review ver serious.

This dental office was very clean, professional and informative. When I first walked in the receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and as I was leaving she also went over what the dentist explained to me and asked if I had any other questions before I left. The "Dentist" He is the best I have ever encountered in years. He explained my situation of my tooth to me in detail and explained the different avenues I can take inorder to get a implant. He gave me options and because he does not take my dental insurance hegave me some prices that were affordable.. He also explained what he thought would be a better and longer option for the tooth implant that I wanted. I will be returning and making Durham Dental Center my primary dental office if they ever take my dental insurance. Thank you Durham Dental Center for a pleasant, professional experience.

My first appointment in January went well. I liked the dentist and staff. Afterwards, I set up an appointment for a deep cleaning for March/April. They ended up cancelling my appointment and rescheduled it for mid June. Mid June comes and they reschedule me again for late July. Yesterday, I received a text message saying that they had to cancel my appointment yet again. Really frustrating.

The dentist and his entire staff are always professional and friendly. From what I've seen, they always made sure that the patients are made comfortable. The dentist spent adequate time with me. He never recommend any unnecessary dental procedures. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Plus the dental practice is neat and clean.

Been going to this dentist for a couple years now and it's been the best experience every time! He is awesome! I get very nervous when it comes to having anything done to my teeth and once I get there they instantly make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

My experience was great. The entire Staff are a blessing to the COMMUNITY! I had an appointment, and a loosened tooth literally coming out out my gums in the front of my mouth. My Dentist removed the tooth that caused me great pain for so very long. I was very grateful and thankful for their professionalism, kindness, and expertise. The office is very clean and in a great location.

Dr. Deifalla and his staff are the best you will find. They went out of their way to provide me with emergency services right before Thanksgiving!! They are the most professional and caring dentist I have ever been to and I will never trust anyone else. I highly recommend Durham Dental Center and would give them 10 stars if I could. Extremely grateful for all they have done for me.
