For those who need, we also offer Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas), and oral sedation to help relax you.
Dentistry that makes a difference, this is the overarching goal of Dr. Joseph Dupree. A smile is one of the most precious and personal gifts we can share with one another and maintaining the health and beauty of your teeth is essential to having a confident smile.
Dr. Dupree graduated from Valdosta State University with a BS degree in Biology in 2000. He then attended and graduated from The Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 2004. He is a founding member of the Midlands Dental Cooperative study group affiliated with the Seattle Study Club. Dr. Dupree has been at Columbia Family Dental Center for over 15 years creating long lasting relationships with his patients throughout Columbia. He is involved with numerous avenues of Continuing Education and takes mission trips to the Dominican Republic where a group of medical doctors, dentists, and nurses travel to remote villages to care for those in need.
AdriannaDental HygienistAdrianna is from Equador and has 17 yr experience at CFDC. She has been all over the world but chose Columbia as home. She always has funny stories about her young son as well.

Joe and his staff are the best! I've always been one with issues with cleanings and how much it hurts, it's not the case here. Also, my wife has VERY sensitive teeth and they somehow clean her's with no pain at all!

Dr Dupree very caring, explains everything in detail.I having been going to him over 6 years. Staff is wonderful too. I highly recommend him as a dentist.

I have always had trouble in the past finding dentists that I felt were honest and worth my time. Columbia Family Dental changed that, they are awesome! I have been visiting them for a few years now and have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. Cleanings are quick and efficient and Dr. Dupree is friendly and honest. I love my dentist! Highly recommend!

I'm very picky about my medical providers, especially dentists. I've had lots of dental trauma with significant genetic dental issues and have been dealing with them since age 5. I've become dental phobic and I found Dr. Dupree after a 2 year avoidance. He is amazing. He is witty, upfront, not doing more than he needs to and willing to always work with you to make sure you can get your needs met. I give him 1 million stars and hope he never leaves. My only issue is he is so busy it an he hard to get a timely appointment! I imagine that's a good thing, you want your dentist to be popular.
