My veneer fell off ! She took me in right away..Dr Abbey fixed my front tooth and then I told her about another problem and she fixed that too . a great lady and dentist . She is working on my teeth to make them look better and I am very confident in what she suggests. No pressure she works with me and is my dentist . Very comfortable with her and even have a few laughs .. I'm sorry I bit her finger first time ever for me it was a mistake .I guess it was the numbing no pain for me sorry again .

Dr. Dupay performed a satisfactory evaluation and cleaning. The reason of 2 stars is the poor communication with her office staff leading to a very costly visit. I communicated with the office staff months in advance confirming they accepted my insurance (military policy). I was assured after submitting all my documents electronically that the insurance was accepted. Not until services are completed the day of the long awaited visit am I informed they do not accept my insurance or any for that matter. A cleaning and check up with insurance is included in the premium. The cost of this visit alone for my son and I were equal to my premium cost for the year. I was informed they would submit the costs to the insurance to learn I would have less than a third of what I paid for refunded. I "felt" it was a bait and switch situation. Interestingly enough, the person that registered my info and insurance was no longer there. I review this so that if you do go, you will get good service, however costly if you are expecting to have any reimbursements from insurance company. Ask what they charge first as they are very premium prices.

Dr Abbey Dupay Morales is, without a doubt, the most proficient, caring, patient, and professional dentist I've ever had (in my 73 years). She is a perfectionist, and will spend the time necessary to ensure the best outcome possible. In addition, she is just a lovely person that instantly makes you feel comfortable. I feel very fortunate that Dr Abbey is my dentist.

Dr. Dupay-Morales just absolutely loves what she does! I didn't even have a clue about how much my smile could improve! Not to mention I didn't even want to do it, but Dr Dupay-Morales never pushed me and made the entire process perfect. If you want to have one of the best smiles in FL than just go talk with her and she won't rest until it's perfect! Thank you so much!

I went in for a cleaning and loved everything about this Place. It smelled amazing, super clean, and the staff was super friendly. The Dr. even helped save me from needing cosmetic work by adjusting a few things. That saved me $1000's. The cleaning she did was super gentle as well! Definitely come here if you don't already. Thank you for going above and beyond for me

I was seen as a new patient by Dr. Dupay. Her and her staff went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible. Her knowledge and professionalism makes me feel confident I have chosen the right dentist to take care of my family and I. Her office is immaculate and the atmosphere is very inviting. I would highly recommend Dr. Dupay to anyone needing dental work down in SWFL.

I called this office as a new patient with an emergency. I had an infection so bad that my face was swollen. The staff was so kind to fit me in. This kindness continued during the visit. I felt so cared for - and not judged. It had that small town, family dentist feel. Dr. Dupay was gentle and informational and she and her team took immediate care of me. They even kept my husband entertained as he waited for me.
