Dr. Raghavan graduated from Temple Universitys Kornberg School of Dentistry, with a Summa cum Laude, among the top ten of her class. She describes her approach to dentistry as a comprehensive approach, where she treats the patient as a whole and the mouth as an important part of that. She believes this enhances the patients health, well-being, nutrition and lifestyle. She loves calling herself a family dentist and treats members of all ages in families beginning with oral care for infants to more complex treatments for older family members. She loves treating children of all ages and is just as comfortable treating children as she is with adults. Her specific interests in dentistry are crowns and bridges, implants and also other specialized treatments like Invisalign. She is passionate about providing an alternative treatment for patients with sleep disordered breathing, like snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. She believes that dentists with advanced training in managing sleep apnea are poised to recognize early signs and symptoms, to help patients who may otherwise be unaware of this potentially life-threatening disease condition, by collaborating with physicians and other specialists in a timely manner.
Dr. Raghavan has been fully involved with dentistry from the age of 18. She received a Bachelors in Dental surgery from India before she went to Kornberg School of Dentistry. She believes that because she was raised in many countries, including the United States, it has given her the unique ability to interact with people with several different cultural backgrounds, adding a touch of compassion to her persona. She is also comfortable speaking multiple languages like Hindi and Tamil apart from English. She has also been to South America for mission trips because she believes in improving access to dentistry for everyone.
Apart from dentistry she enjoys singing and volunteers as a singer for local fundraising events. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs and enjoys being outdoors, running or just exploring the neighborhood for new cuisines.
Dr. Hoang is thrilled to be joining DuPage Dental Group. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, she stayed in state to complete her BS in Biology at Virginia Tech, graduating with honors before heading to Temple Universitys Kornberg School of Dentistry, earning her DMD.
Dr. Hoangs interest in dentistry developed when she received a considerable amount of orthodontic care at an early age. Her passion for dentistry grew during college where she volunteered in Remote Area Medical clinics as well as during her gap year where she worked as a dental assistant. Her specific interests in dentistry include endodontic therapy and implant dentistry, and she is excited to expand her knowledge in those areas with the help of Dr. Raghavan.
Dr. Tim Nugent has practiced dentistry in the Chicagoland area for over 30 years. Dr. Nugent attended Northwestern University for his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS), after he received his undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University.
Sana loves to welcome all our patients with her warm smile! Her ultimate goal is making our office a warm and welcoming place for patients and staff members alike. Her extensive background in human resources, management and multiple healthcare specialties combined, is what makes her the perfect person to go to for any support. Sana understands the importance of health care and works with you to overcome any barriers and accomplish your oral health and overall health goals, including treatment of sleep disordered breathing. Sana speaks English and Urdu and enjoys spending time with her kids and husband, outside of work.
Kenia is very knowledgeable in all aspects of patient care. Her experience as an assistant and then transition to the administrative side, has helped her approach patient care with a wholesome view and she strives continuously to make the patient experience comfortable, while coordinating treatment and maximizing the patients benefits so our patients can achieve optimal oral health.

Friendly staff, and knowledgeable doctors. 100% professional. I've avoided going to dentist because I really dislike someone messing around with my teeth and doing work..However here, they do such an incredible job to make me feel comfortable and answer any questions I have that I really don't mind coming anymore. My experience with Dupage Dental Group in Naperville has been nothing more than amazing. The whole staff is so friendly and welcoming. I recommend this dental office to anyone because you will get the service you want and need. Victoria, Abby and Emily are all amazing workers and people. I can't remember the other dental assistant name but she's amazing also. Really glad I found this it is very home welcoming.

My 2nd experience confirmed my 1st thought about this practice: They are concerned only with earning a buck. Due to COVID times, I missed 2020 routine exam. The Office refused me a cleaning service without all the bells & whistles (x-rays, a filling, and who knows what else). I was willing to do a cleaning, doctor exam, and bitewing x-rays, but that was not enough. ONLY if I consented to MORE services would the "doctor" be comfortable...Run from this place, there are many other available dentist establishments in Naperville ...Perhaps one where the receptionist will not snicker, and laugh as she hands your insurance card back when you decide to leave & go elsewhere. The rude receptionist confirmed DMO insurance, just said that I would pay the balance & I agreed. My full X-rays are not due until AFTER 2021.

I'm giving five stars because the staff at this office have gone above and beyond for me time and time again. Whether working out payment plans, explaining things to me ten times, dealing with my dental anxiety, or being there to answer my call on a Friday or Saturday night. The doctor has personally called me back in a timely manner just to give me reassurance in multiple instances. Sometimes I am frustrated with her honesty, because I've had previous dentists that probably wouldn't do such a thorough job explaining or wouldn't give it to me straight (ignorance is bliss). But in the end I appreciate the explanation and I learn new things every visit...and I know long term, I will thank her. The doctor has a very well rounded approach and is very passionate. She will go out of her way to spend the time to make sure you feel comfortable, understand what is happening, and get you the right amount of information. The office is very calming. They often have a diffuser on with essential oils, have calm music on, and I've even been offered a hot towel with lavender. It's really those extra little things that make a world of difference, especially to someone that has had negative experiences previously (elsewhere). When I come in, they are always very friendly and make me feel at home.

I had the best Dental care during my visit for Comprehensive Dental cleaning. Dr. Raghavan and her staff provided great patient care and took time to answer all of my questions. Overall my experience was very pleasant and very satisfactory.

I had called last week to check if they take my insurance. The receptionist who picked up had a unpleasant vibe and no patience when taking information from possibly new patient. I didn't make it to the end of hearing about my insurance being accepted because I was so upset with the way she lacked professional ethics of speaking with someone over the phone. It says they are accepting new patients but I felt more like they are rejecting patients. Word to receptionist, please handle yourself more professionally next time.
