The 'dentist' if she even is one pulled my tooth (she is definitely NOT an oral surgeon) and by doing that completely messed up my gums and the roof of my mouth and even managed to chip a tooth that was next to the one she pulled out (in pieces). She was in my mouth for an hour, pulling and resting her hands on my mouth. I was in pain for the next 3 months and had to visit another dentist to figure out what is going on in my mouth. This dentist was in total disbelief and shock, saying that everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. This was by far the worst experience of all the experiences ever. Run fast from this dump and don't think twice about NOT going.

This place is a scam. DO NOT go here for dental services. They will treat you like garbage and steal your money while making up excuses and not ever answer the phone or provide any customer support. I will make sure every person I know in the Illinois area stays away from this place.

Long story short, I called 3 times to make an appointment for 1st time visit and they agreed to at 3pm so I came 30 minutes earlier and they told me that they were way too busy that I need it to filled out the documentation and that I needed it to come back the next day for service WOW WAY TO DO BUSINESS WITH NEW PATIENTS on top of that they want to charge $20 for cleaning their stuff they are blaming on covid, far as I know cleaning is supposed to be done regardless of covid or not . Doctors assistant was rude! Good thing we decided to walk away fe ok my his horrible place not good manners and not a good way to start business with new PATIENTS not a good way not at all. Very disappointed with this office...

I have had an amazing experience with Dupage Dental. Doctor J does amazing work. From removal to rebuilding my dental set up. Than you all so much!!!!!!!!!

They owe me 400$ and refuse to pay me they say me insurance ran out I called the insurance company and nothing could be farther from the truth. They are scam artist stay away from this office if you know what's good for you.

If there is a negative star, I would have rated this office as the worst. Long story short, they charge $20 for cleaning their chairs etc since we r still on phase 4 of covid. Lady dentist is rude! And at that time was firing her receptionist because according to her the receptionist is defrauding her time sheet. Good thing we decided not to have my daughter's wisdom tooth pulled because she is NOT even an oral surgeon. Run away and I feel bad for the receptionist.

This Dentist has her head right up her posterior. She bounces the payroll checks of her own employees on purpose, reschedules indefinite patients and is about a hair away from the business going under. AVOID at all costs. Dr. bob is the only decent professional there and he gets bounced checks all the time too! The inside is dingy at best for description. The equipment is from the early 80's, and the dental staff and front end all are rude and obnoxious. I will say this review does not include for Dr. Bob and The newest front end lady with the British accent. They are nice and will help if you have to go here, talk to only those two. Other then that, run!

Great practice and service! This wisdom tooth situation stated above sounds like a huge exaggeration especially if you need to have your friend write a review with you. Will definitely be coming back.
