Dunwoody Dental was founded by Dr. Minta Lopez-Torres and Dr. Amy Mosseri in 2002 after graduating from the University of Florida in 2001. They wanted to build a dental practice in Sanford where they could form relationships with patients and their families, and nurture a gentle and welcoming atmosphere. Dunwoody Dentals doctors and staff strive to take the entire patient into account and partner with them to maintain a healthy mouth and beautiful smile. My name is Dr. Mosseri, I was raised in Lake Mary where I graduated from Lake Mary High School. Following high school, I attended the University of Florida where I received my BS in Zoology. After graduating, I continued my education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, earning a Doctorate in Dental Medicine. I have enjoyed practicing dentistry in Central Florida since 2003. I reside in Lake Forest and have a son, Austin and triplet daughters, Ava, Sophie and Jocelyn.
My name is Minta Lopez-Torres but I am known by patients as Dr. LT. I was born and raised in Amelia Island, Florida. I attended the University of Florida for undergraduate, where I received a degree in Nutritional Sciences. I continued on at UF for Dental School and graduated with my DMD degree in 2003. I met my husband, 'Goose' at UF and after moving to Orlando we were married in 2005. We have 3 children, Matias, Elias and Eva. I was an associate in another office for 4 years prior to opening Dunwoody Dental with my partner and friend Amy Hertz. I love connecting with people and helping them gain confidence in their smiles and oral health. My patients allow me to love my job.
I have been in the dental field for for many years now, since 2005! I love to help patients find a way to afford their treatment and love getting to know each of our patients; they are like family. I currently reside in Orlando with my husband and have 2 daughters, Rebecca and Makayla. In my free time I love to workout and be outdoors.
I started in dentistry in 2017. I am very eager to learn new things and meet new people. I am a native Floridian and currently reside in Sorrento with my husband. We have 4 children, Madeline, Matthew, Alexis, and Cheyenne. In my free time I love spending time with my family, taking vacations, hunting, fishing, and the beach.
Growing up I visited the dentist and orthodontist on a frequent basis. I believe that is where my interest in dentistry started. My goal is to make sure our patients are comfortable and have a good understanding of their dental treatment. In my free time I enjoy taking my dog to the dog park, baking sweets for loved ones, and enjoying the beach with my husband.
I have been in the dental field since graduating from SFC in Gainesville, FL in 2005. I spent my first 4 years as a dental assistant prior to becoming a dental hygienist. ' I have a passion for dentistry and patient care. I am very blessed to be a part of the Dunwoody family.'
My early experience in dentistry was assisting in Oral Surgery. After 8 years of assisting I continued my education and became a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist. I have been a Dental Hygienist since 2005 and part of the Dunwoody Dental team since 2008. I enjoy educating patients about their oral health and take pride in providing thorough, yet gentle care. The environment at Dunwoody Dental is like home away from home. We feel like family to each other and to our patients. I currently reside in Orlando with my husband and son. We love to travel and explore outdoors!
I have been in the dental field since 1986 and graduated from dental hygiene school in 1994. I enjoy educating and helping our patients with all their dental needs. Currently I reside in Debary with my husband and 2 children.
I have been a hygienist since graduating Valencia College in 1998. One of my goals as a hygienist is to help patients understand the importance of good oral hygiene and help them achieve optimal oral health. I was born and raised in Orlando. I have 2 children, Trent and Allie. When not at work I enjoy spending time with my kids hiking and traveling.

My passion for dentistry started when I was in middle school as I shadowed my future sister-in-law in her career as a dental assistant. Through the years, my passion grew stronger to provide gentle care in oral health with goals in achieving a beautiful smile. I feel honored and privileged to share my passion with Dunwoody Dental. I am a native Floridian who resides in Apopka. Away from the office I enjoy spending time with family and my grandson, Jameson.
