Dr. Dunn and his wife are both just exceptional people, both personally and professionally. I had my first cavity filled this week (in my life!) and they were WONDERFUL. I couldn't have asked for better. They were both kind and thoughtful and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Dunn is clearly highly skilled, experienced and trustworthy.

Love Dr Dunn and his wife Vicky. Very knowledgeable and are not overzealous in recommending dental work as some dentists can be. They are also very compassionate and provide a comfortable visit.

Best dentist I've seen by far. Replaced a mouth full of mercury fillings I got as a child - couldn't be happier with the results nearly 10 years later. Cracked two molars over the past couple years and he was able to save them with gold crowns - so happy to keep my teeth! His work is impeccable and always provides an honest opinion on procedures. VERY highly recommend!

Both Dr. Dunn and his wife are gracious people. They make me feel special and important. They are always concerned with delivering the utmost care and finding the best possible solution for each situation. I drive from Cheyenne, WY, and Vicky is always accommodating in trying to find me the best appointment time in regards to traffic and how urgently I need an appointment. I enjoy my dentist appointments with them. (BTW, I'm not the only one who drives from Cheyenne for Dr. Dunn's care.)

How frequently do you meet an honest dentist these days? And if this dentist is well-qualified and meticulous in his work, it is even more rare. That is why I am so happy to have found Dr. Dunn.

I called this dentist office because I need help with my teeth and wanted a natural holistic alternatives to the more harsh practices because I'm pregnant. Unfortunately, the wife of the dentist Vicki answered the phone and refused to let me speak with the dentist or let me have an appointment to be seen for a free consultation. I was going to be happy to pay them plenty of money to help with my teeth but this woman doesn't want her husband working on any other women's mouths, especially anyone younger than her and she turned me away when I desperately need dental help in my life. I am deeply disappointed and saddened by the way the she handled herself and treated me. Vicki Dunn is sexist and downright mean to younger women. Aside from this review, I will also report this nasty person to the BBB and the local chamber of commerce. Update: It's too bad that she lies in their response comments too, I had actually really needed help at the time, and found another dentist that did help me in a timely manner. They advertise a free consultation with the dentist which was refused.

Over the years Dr. Dunn has been a truly wonderful dentist for me, skillfully taking care of a handful of cavities, one of which involved a badly chipped tooth which he rebuilt successfully and helped me avoid needing a root canal! However, when we decided to wait and watch a handful of cavities that were not progressing, I put my dental care on the back burner while tending to other medical issues and ended up waiting a few years before following up. When trying to schedule for follow up x-rays, his wife (the secretary) said that I needed more care than they could provide and recommended other dentists, which did confuse me since these were the same cavities that I spoke with Dr. Dunn about keeping an eye on with new x-rays in the future and potentially getting them worked on. The way she explained it was unclear to me, she just said that they were not full service and could not do all the x-rays I needed and that I just needed a lot of care. She didn't make it clear that they were downsizing their practice and not able to continue with all their old patients. I wasn't sure if he was available to work on the cavities after I got x-rays done elsewhere. She did say that I could have the x-rays sent over and do a $40 consult with Dr. Dunn to go over the x-rays. When I went to the new dentist and was informed that I needed a root canal and three other large cavities needed to be cared for ASAP in order to prevent root canals, I was a bit overwhelmed and really wanted a second opinion from the dentist I had local experience with (and have spent thousands of dollars with) and who I trusted. I called to schedule that and spoke with Vicky. It would have been immensely helpful if she had clearly told me up front that Dr. Dunn was not available to provide a second opinion consult and that he could no longer see me as a patient of his, but instead she spent ten minutes trying to convince me that it would be a waste of everyone's time for me to come in and get a consult from Dr. Dunn for various reasons and I felt quite shamed for requesting a second opinion at all. She spent a lot of time discussing what I should be doing to move forward with finding a medicaid dentist for my future. There was a lot of opinions shared about what I should be doing, rather than simply clarifying that they did not want to see me for a consult or further work. It was a truly stressful experience, and took me several minutes to fully understand her way of communicating that it was not an option for me to schedule a consult. Since dentistry can be a vulnerable experience I would have deeply appreciated being able to pay to talk to Dr. Dunn for 15 minutes in order to have him look at my current x-rays and give his advice on the care I should seek and speak briefly with him about what to look for in a new dentist that would be somewhat aligned with his way of doing dentistry which I am comfortable with. Vicky did recommend a few dentists for that reason, and I thanked her and hung up feeling very stressed and shamed.

Dr. Dunn and his wife Vicky are the most genuine, nice, people you could ever hope to find when going to the dentist! I fully trust Dr. Dunn's work and his advice. I am so pleased with the work I have had done there. I had 5 amalgam fillings replaced with composite and I feel much better and he did an awesome job. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I never liked going to the dentist before, but with Dr. Dunn and Vicky I don't mind it as much! I honestly can not say enough good things about them and if you are looking for a great dentist you can trust- go see Dr. Dunn!

Every time I went in or my family went in we were talked into having silver amalgum fillings. Why promote yourself as mercury free when you don't recomend it when we are in your office.
