Dr. Mark R. Frazer graduated from Georgetown University School of Dentistry and following a three year tour of duty in the U.S. Air Force, started his practice of general dentistry in Prince Frederick.

Dr. Frazer has practiced continuously in Calvert County since that time. In 1979, he was appointed to a 6 year term on the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners and served as its president for one year. He has earned his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and been elected a Fellow of the American College of Dentists.

In 1986, the voters of Calvert County elected Mark, who now lives in North Beach, to his first term on the Calvert County Board of County Commissioners. He was re-elected to a second term in 1994. In 1998, and again in 2002, he was elected mayor of the Town of North Beach. During Mark's term as Mayor he also served as president of the Maryland Municipal League from 2003-2004.

When not practicing in his dental office Mark enjoys golfing and spending time with his grandchildren. His special interests within the dental practice include cosmetic dentistry, prosthetics (replacing lost teeth), dental implants and, above all, making his patients comfortable and feel good about their smile.

Dr. Moy was inspired to pursue the dental profession after seeing the impact it had in his own life. Due to the lack of proper oral health care, his father's mouth soon fell into decay. With advancements in technology and after several treatments

With advancements in technology and after several treatments, skilled dentists were able to restore not only his father's teeth but also his smile. Dr. Moy feels a smiles is the best indication of happiness and now seeks to provide his patients with both a beautiful smile and a pleasant experience.

After graduating from Saint John's University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1979 he attended Georgetown University Dental School on a Public Health Scholarship and graduated in 1983. He served three years with the public health service providing dental care to the under servedpopulation. His education did not stop after college, however, and learning remains a significant part of his professional life. He keeps informed of the newest innovations in a variety of fields including cosmetic, endodontics, reconstructive and periodontal treatments. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge of bone grafting and implantrehabilitation. Dr. Moy, his wife and two daughters reside in Northern Virginia

After assisting her father in his dental practice during summer breaks from school, Dr. Moy discovered she had a true love for dentistry. She is passionate for the art and science of the field and, most importantly, for helping people achieve oral health and a smile that can restore their confidence.

In 2012, Dr. Ashley Moy completed her undergraduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor's degree in biology and double minor in chemistry and business. During her time at VCU she was a very active member of Delta Epsilon Mu, a pre-health academic fraternity. The following year Dr. Moy completed a certificate program at George Mason University in Advanced Biomedical Sciences and i n 2017 completed her dental education at Howard University College of Dentistry. She was recently accredited by the International Dental Implant Association for implant placement.

Dr. Moy is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Maryland State Dental Association and Patuxent Dental Society and is working towards her Academy of General Dentistry fellowship which requires 500 hours of continuing education. Dr. Moy is practicing in our Prince Frederick and Dunkirk locations.

A native of Calvert County, Melanie graduatedfrom Northern High School in 1993 with aCertificate of Merit Diploma. In 1997 sheobtained an Associates of Arts Degree fromCharles CountyCommunity College. Melanieattended Allegany College of Marylandobtaining an Associates of Applied Science

Grace and her family moved from Miami, Florida to this area in 1997. She received her A.S. from Miami-Dade Community College in 1990 and is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Junior College Honor Society. She is married to a Washington, D. C. policeman and has two children, Noah and Sophie. She enjoys tennis, reading and swimming.

Vicki attended the University of Maryland, receiving her degree in Dental Hygiene in 1992 and at graduation was presented the Clinical Excellence Award. She had been practicing dental hygiene in a variety of

dental settings for over 20 years. Vicki is married to Jim Sharp and has three children, Leah, Nick and Brady. She enjoys family time, aerobic classes and actively supporting her kids with school and sports activities

Kathleen moved to Calvert County in 2011 after traveling abroad through the military. She attended the University of Maryland, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2021. She is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and was awarded the Colgate Student Total Achievement Award. Kathleen is married to Zachary Fabian a

Kathleen moved to Calvert County in 2011 after traveling abroad through the military. She attended the University of Maryland, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2021. She is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and was awarded the Colgate Student Total Achievement Award. Kathleen is married to Zachary Fabian and has two sweet pups, Ellie and Roscoe. She spends her free time with her family, hiking and traveling.
