The entire staff are absolutely wonderful. Upon placing my initial call to request an appointment, the associates were so warm and welcoming they made me feel as though this was the place I needed to be.The total process from check in, through the procedures, to check out is so personable, and very professional. Dr. Dao and his assistant are absolutely amazing; they work really well together.They will explain a process and answer any questions you have abt it. Throughout the process they showed care and concern for my comfort and wellbeing. Duncanville Dental Care really cares for their clients!

I visited for the first time today and had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and I didn't wait more than 10-15 minutes to be seen. They took time to thoroughly answer my questions and spent a lot of time explaining the treatment plan. Definitely recommend!

The wait was brief and Tina was pleasant and informative. There seemed to be something serious going on involving Police, but all of the staff were calm and helpful, even though they were struggling with a new computer system.

I am so happy i found this place. This was my first visit to this place and I must say I was very impressed. Clean office, nice workers and awesome doctors. Candy,Brenda,Denise,Cristal and Clarisa are very helpful and amazing people. I am looking forward to building a good relationship with everyone in the years to come.

I have been going to this dentist for 10+ years. I have been having my teeth cleaned by Laura for many years and she always does such an amazing job. I always make sure to schedule my appointment with her. She is so amazing at what she does and is such a sweet and kind person!!

So my husband called in this morning and was in pain and not insured. They booked him a same day appt and they told him "$34" for the exam plus the cost of meds (he has an abscess). We get there and turns out the exam was like $300 AND they have an in office insurance that we could've signed up for but still need $129 for that! So getting wrong info from the staff caused us to not be able to be treated due to lack of funds. We only had $100 at the moment so we just left
