I have not been to the dentist in forever so my teeth and gums where in very bad shape. Dr. Duncan put me at ease and together we laid out a plan. I'm so glad I chose Duncan Dental Studio for my wife and myself. Super great staff also!!

Dr. Mai performed the best dental procedure I have ever experienced. I had to have a crown due to an old filing crashing my tooth. The procedure was painless.

Dr. Mai was excellent! I had a extremely painful situation and he and his assistant took the upmost care at avoiding any unnecessary pain and distress with my procedure. I highly recommend Duncan Dental. They are caring and highly professional individuals.

I'm new to the area and am so glad I found Duncan Dental Studio for my dental needs. They got me in right away and we're on time with their appointments. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I actually had a good time. Thank you Dr. Duncan and your whole staff.

The hygienist and Dr. Mai are great. I called to set up an appointment for my over-due 1 year old and wife. I asked if my insurance was accepted and in-network. The receptionist said yes and booked our appointments. After my exam, when it was my wife's turn and she was already in the chair, I was told that they're sorry, I'm NOT in-network, and it was going to be a considerable amount more than a usual co-pay. They asked if I wanted to cancel my wife and daughter's appointment. I asked for a rough estimate and was fine with the range estimated ($4-700). When cashing out, I was told that the total would be $585, and that they were giving me the "cash price" because they made the mistake originally. I tried to submit the out-of-network claim to my insurance for reimbursement and was told that the dental office had already submitted it. I received a check in the mail for reimbursement of the percentage allowable for the routine checkup. Later I received a call from Duncan Dental stating "The insurance made a mistake and sent you a check instead of us, there is a balance still due on the account." The adults of our family have clean teeth, our 15 month old, may very well have NOT had a checkup. She was given a "happy check" I believe it was phrased to Dr. Mai when the hygienist was asked. At least according to what was processed to our insurance. There are no records of our daughter's visit according to my insurance. We now are left with the options of finding a new dentist that will accept Duncan's treatment plan, without being able to charge for the xrays / initial visit. Paying out of pocket for what the insurance will only cover once per calendar year. Or, postponing our dental health until the next calendar year. I stopped by the office this morning to discuss the situation and when the receptionists were asked if the hyper-transparent reviews were worth the ~$140 to the Duncans, I was told that there is nothing they can do. I responded that it's fine with me as well; This is the way of modern business. I would have eaten the loss had I made a mistake to a client. I'm most certain that the Duncans will respond with something stating that they strive to provide the best dental care possible. And I will admit, they did an awesome job when you look at the 60 some-odd minutes a person spends there. But when you factor in the whole picture, of patients that are left with poor options for their dental healthcare for the rest of the year, You look at it a bit differently. Thank you all, Lonnie C. I had a tooth crack over the weekend that was causing pain and disabling me from eating. I called Monday morning and they got me in right away! Turns out I had to have the tooth extracted... I was nervous but Dr. Mai explained everything and I actually went right back to work afterwards with no pain. Seriously, awesome. Love this whole team.

Dr. Jimmy Duncan and his staff (Dental Hygienist included) are the best I've ever gone to. Super friendly, compassionate, caring, and provide excellent care, always with a smile !
