Very professional. Always feel so very relaxed. It was very cold in my exam room, and the dental hygienist climbed a chair to close the air vent. Above and beyond! That's why I've been going there for 25+ yrs. The new management is following in Dr. Duncan's steps. Enjoy coming here.

You have a special thing going there. Great people and lots of smiles. Unfortunately you weren't agreeable to pulling my teeth but sent me to an oral surgeon instead. I was very disappointed but understood. Whenever I have had things done in the past, my cardiologist would let me get off the blood thinner a few day before the event. ,Concerning my Afib, my EKG has been normal for several years. Just wish you would have worked with my cardiologist instead of sending me off to the oral surgeon. I'm sure he will be too expensive and I'll have to find another way. Regardless, y'all have a great thing going there and you should be proud! Update: I canceled appointment with Oral Surgeon and decided to go back to Stone Street Dental to save my teeth. I didn't want to spend the money because it was for my sons. They wanted me to get my teeth fixed instead. So glad I came back! I hated the thought of losing more teeth . Have already done prep for one cap and will start on second cap prep this Thursday. I would not want to have it done any other place! Richard Cole

The dental hygienist was knowledgeable and efficient. I wouldn't mind the person to clean my teeth again. The Doctor was just as nice and efficient. I liked the room up towards the front of the building better. Better equipped maybe and maybe has a cleaner appearance. Overall the new management seems to be working towards getting 5 stars. I appreciate the service I got

Staff and doctor were professional and kind. Jimmy was my hygienist and did a great job. Dr. Alison was courteous and knowledgeable- and most importantly I trust her. Highly recommend.

This is by far one of the best visits I have ever had at a dentist office. The staff was friendly from the beginning when scheduling the appt. When I arrived I only waited 5 mins max, but I would be happy to wait longer if needed. The hygienist, Jimmie did an excellent job. Meeting Dr. Garrad was a joy. She explained everything in detail and I feel at ease getting to work with her in the future.

Great staff. Very flexible with appointments and scheduling for a household where both of us work and they ANSWER THE PHONE! IN PERSON! Quality work, low pain threshold and they seamlessly take our CIGNA L3 Harris insurance. Definitely our go to provider.

Dr. Alison Garrad is an excellent dentist who will take great care of her patients and make them feel right at home! She replaces Dr. Gregory Duncan, an excellent dentist I had at this location for years until he retired from the practice recently. Dr. Garrad has proven to be an excellent replacement and I am pleased to have her be my dentist. I had a fractured crown replaced and the cost was surprisingly very affordable compared to the original cost of the crown in 2013. I definitely recommend Dr. Alison Garrad if you are looking for a great dentist here in Greenville, TX.
