I had a dental emergency and was in so much pain. Called multiple places and they said Nov or Janeven with the amount of pain I was in. Called and they got me in. When I walked in the front desk receptionist couldn't of been nicer. I had already filled out my paperwork online. An even tried to make me laugh when i said i was happy to be at the dentist. All the way to the tech to the dentist. THANK YOU

Had the last of my teeth extracting as soon as that was done I had relief they forgot to file the pre-authorization for my dentures and that's the only negative

I absolutely love the young woman who cleans my teeth! She is so personable and does a great job! Also, I saw the dentist the first time I came in and she was great too! The receptionist Barbara is wonderful too! I'm so glad I found this dentist through a mailing! Thanks to you all for providing such a warm, relaxed atmosphere!!

Thank you Dr.Ashley, you and your staff are awesome. Though I needed a little more novacaine, I didn't feel any pain. My anxiety was very high up stress since 1:31am because in NY had more bad experiences instead of good. But you are phenomenal at what you do. Eleven hours later, taking medicine twice and I am feeling good. Thank you so much and I rather drive a little to have great service.

This place is amazing. I have never been to a dentist office, where I could be so relaxed. The staff there are so nice. From the time you walk in you barely have time to set down, before they call you back. Highly recommended

Had a tooth pull dr crushed it in in three parts before she got it out then left tooth fragments in there and now there slowly coming out and one is cutting my mouth and they won't do anything I ask to come in and her cut it out and said no they where booked and gave me another time would take her 5min to cut it out come one I realize you have new patients and you already did mine but you left fragments and you should do what you need to do to take care of it

My kids first appointment with Duncan Dental and Implants was today...my son has Anxiety and was very nervous since we have had bad experience with other dentist offices in the past but Duncan Dental and Implants made it super easy. The staff were very friendly and super nice. Both of my kids went back by themselves by choice and did not cry or complain. The staff asks questions and keep me informed the entire time. My kids got to pick out a small prize along with a toothbrush and small toothpaste when they were done.They were great. I Highly recommend them. Thank you everyone at Duncan Dental and Impants! You are all awesome!

The lady at the front desk is fantastic. She is very professional and friendly. We had always dreaded dentist visits until we found Duncan Dental. They are the best. We have recommend them to everyone for about 8 years. Now we look forward to our visits.

The staff as a whole, was so helpful and so nice, my kids loved their trip to the dentist and want to go back way more than necessary! 10/10 recommend!
