Dr. Rachel is literally a life saver. My 8 year old, (who has major dental anxiety), created a tooth infection for himself by not telling his parents that he was having tooth pain. His regular dentist could not see him that day (it was a Sunday), and I texted Dr. Rachel in a panic. After meeting us AT HER HOUSE on a busy Sunday afternoon, she quickly examined my son and told us to meet her at her office. Dr. Rachel was incredible with my hysterical, in-pain child. She had to extract his baby tooth and talked him through it by being sympathetic, realistic, assuring. He came out of this traumatic episode feeling so proud of himself. Dr. Rachel and her office followed up several times that week to check on him. Dumont Dentist just got themselves 4 new patients!

Absolutely one of the greatest experiences I have ever had at the dentist office... My entire life I've been afraid to go to the dentist and Dr. Rachel Jacobs makes it not only possible to go she makes it a lot of fun She has done numerous procedures on my teeth spanning from extractions to fixing a life long gap in my front teeth that haunted me my entire life .. Dr. Jacobs truly has changed my life and she could change yours aswell ... best in the business

I've seen Dr. Uri Schneider (the son at this practice) a couple times, and he's absolutely one of the best doctors I've ever been to. He explains everything he's doing in an understandable and accessible, but thorough way during appointments. He is kind and friendly, and seems to be extremely knowledgeable. When I lost a crown over a holiday weekend recently, he called me as soon as he received the message from the answering service and spent about 15 minutes on the phone listening to me explain what had happened, explaining what my options were, and offering to come in the next morning (a Sunday morning on a holiday weekend) to replace the crown for me if I wanted. He was eager to have me come in if it was bothering me, because he didn't want the discomfort to interfere with the holiday weekend and any plans I had. Really amazing service. His office staff has also always been pleasant and friendly. I highly, highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking!

Our family loves Dr Jacobs. We have been to other dentists in the area who wanted to upsell us, not just on services, but telling us we had cavities that we didn't have. Dr Jacobs is honest, and makes going to the dentist as fun as it can be. Office is clean, staff is friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!

Do not spend any time looking for another dentist! -- Dr. Jacobs combines superb dentistry with truly warm, genuine and compassionate care for all of her patients. This is a "boutique" dental practice! She takes the time to listen at each and every appointment, includes the patient in the process and will carefully consider the treatment plan before explaining everything. The office is efficient and always friendly, and you'll always be seen promptly for your appointment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jacobs is the BEST!!!! I haven't seen a dentist in over 10 years. Found Dr. Jacobs online and from the first point of contact with her staff I knew I found a great dentist! The staff is friendly and helpful. When I got into the exam room, Dr. Jacobs made me feel super comfortable and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond with every aspect of the exam and were able to give me prices for certain add-ons that they recommended. I am so happy and grateful that I found Dr. Jacobs and co. I am looking forward to my next visit and will tell everyone how awesome they are for years to come.

My son did not go to her practice (she doesn't accept our insurance). He came down with a horrible tooth infection and was hospitalized. After being released from the hospital on contingency that he go to his dentist for an immediate extraction, his dentist refused see him that Friday. Dr. Jacobs came in on her day off to see my son, even though he was not a patient. She took x-rays, located the issue, and removed whatever needs to be taken out. My son is not an easy patient. He was super anxious and outright non-cooperative. She was kind, considerate, and professional. Her staff was warm and gentle. While I don't think my son "enjoyed" getting his tooth taken out, she made it as painless as possible. She saved his life. I still can't believe she came in on a day off to help a child she didn't even know. This doctor has a heart of gold. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Dr. Jacobs is amazing!! I'd like to refer to my experience as magical. I chipped my tooth at 9am and the office accommodated me with an appointment at 11am, THE SAME DAY! I walked out of the office feeling brand new with a white, beautiful, perfectly shaped front tooth. I've been smiling for days now. Thank you Dr. Jacobs and staff. You guys are phenomenal!
