I started going here when my aunt referred me. They are super friendly always asking how I'm doing etc I came in for 3/4 fillings in my tooth. They would stop to make sure I was okay or if I needed a break. I've been coming to this office for almost a month now. I'd recommend them to all. & I haven't went to the dentist in forever! I'm happy I was recommended to them. My experience has been really good so far

I walked into this office late in the day on a bright sunny friday afternoon with no appointment and was not even a patient of theirs. For the past week I had been suffering extreme tooth pain that was making my personal and work life miserable, For context I suffer from extreme anxiety and a phobia of dentists so I had not been to a dentist in 20+ years but I reached a point where I could not deal with the pain anymore. They saw the pain I was in and despite being almost closing time and never seeing me they got me into a chair, performed an xray and discovered a severely broken and impacted wisdom tooth. They were super patient with me and showed me the kindness and compassion that I wish i would've experienced in the past that prevented me from going to the dentist for so long in the first place... I left the office not only being relieved of the debilitating pain but had a renewed confidence in the profession that I loathed for so long, No words can say how grateful I am not only to the Dentist but the entire staff who all showed me the same level of kindness and compassion the moment I walked into the door. The experience has truly changed my whole outlook of the dental industry and I look forward to a long relationship with this office.

Extremely Grateful With the Dental Team that took care of me today, had to get a wisdom tooth removed and they did it in under an hour, very professional and friendly crew, the doctor gave me a well detailed orientation on the procedure, it all worked out well, Thank You Dr.Ali and Thank You Claudia and Clarissa for keeping me in good hands!

Worst experience ever I do not like to leave bad reviews but on this one I had to everything about this place is bad from the start you walk in place it's smell bad broken glass window people are not friendly at the desk they seat you down you look up and you notice rain spots in ceiling the equipment that they are using looks super beat up I had to use their bathroom you see dental materials by the sink I would never use these people again save your time and money

I had a root canal done here, I paid a lot of money, 2 months later I still have pain and sensitivity to hot/cold. I am scared to call them back and they tell be to pay $2000 again!!! Wish they did it right the first time. About the office is a bit run down. The root canal was the most painful ever, I had root canals done before and none were as this painful!! I felt like I was about to have a heart attack!! Shouldnt of been this painful, I just about jumped out of the chair. Really horrible nightmare experience. The equipment they use is not state of the art, everything actually looks second hand. The 5 star reviews here are all from their friends and family. I will fix this review if my root canal is done properly!!

The equipment was older. The staff were polite but not very attentive or friendly. Short notice appointment and that short notice was paid for with the worst experience of my life. The pain experienced was so extreme- could not stop feeling the throbbing for days - the swelling still intense. The bleeding slowed down after hours which was an nervous adventure. Will not recommend

Terrible experience. Went for a couple of fillings and was told there would be no pain. Excruciating pain... then they finally gave me a numbing shot. Took a few try's to finally get the filling done correct. I'm telling you this place is not where you want to go. I personally know a few others that will say the same and had worse experiences than mine. It is the closet dentist to me and I will happily drive through nova traffic to go somewhere else. The equipment is very out dated as well.

I had an exceptional experience, staff were very friendly and kind to except me as a last minute walk in. During this pandemic I did not feel comfortable in coming to the dentist, but Dumfries Dental had assured me they have taken all precautions on making sure all tools and area around us are santinzed to the T. I saw staff walk around with gloves all the time and wipe down everything as needed. Thank you. I recommend this dental office to all.

My family and I have been coming to see Dr.Naeem for over 20 years now and we are always greeted with respect and courtesy! We love all the staff there and dr. Naeem always puts our best interest first and is very humble. I would recommend to all my closest friends and family

I had an amazing experience! They were gentle and professional. I got my tooth extraction and cleaning. It was super fast and smooth. I didn't even realize extraction is done until I see my wisdom teeth in my hand!

When I first called to make an appointment back in July the staff member I spoke with was pleasant and informative. When I arrived I was surprised by the exterior/interior of the office (not in a good way). The building is definitely run down and as other reviews stated so is the equipment. Despite the looks of the place the dental assistant who did my cleaning was great but I can't say the same about the Dentist himself. When he inspected my teeth I made him aware of two areas that were bothering me. He told me the first area needed a root canal and the second would only need a filling since it didn't hurt when they sprayed the area with cold water. I told him in that moment it didn't bother me but usually when I'm eating something extremely hot or cold it does typically bother me. He then proceeded to tell me that can't be the case since it didn't happen in the office when he put the water on so thus I would still only need a filling. Now although I am not a Dentist I am fully aware of what I do/don't feel so his response was very condescending and lacked empathy/understanding. As far as my son's experience, when I first made the appointment I made them aware this was my son's (3years old) very first appointment and I'm sure he would be nervous. The member assured me they are great with kids and would do their very best to make him feel comfortable. Now, once my son got in the chair after seeing me get my teeth cleaned he was still nervous. The dental assistant was sweet and tried her best to get him to open his mouth but he refused, the Dentist then came over and tried. He literally asked my son once to open his mouth and when he didn't he walked away and went back to working on another patient right next to us. I was completely turned off by the Dentist's lack of effort and patience with my son, especially considering the fact my son was not crying/kicking and screaming/etc. The Dental Assistant that was working with us was even shocked at the Dentist's response and apologized to me. Now although I was not impressed by the Dentist I still scheduled my next appointment to get the root canal and fillings that I was told could all be done in one appointment. The day before my appointment I was called by a member to confirm my appointment and was then told I would need to schedule another appointment with the Root Canal Dentist. Confused, I asked why I would need to do that if I already had that setup and she informed me that the work I needed done couldn't be done in one sitting (which is not what I was told initially) and that specific Dentist was only in on certain days. I made here aware that that's not what I was told during my appointment and if the person that made my appointment before I left knew this, why didn't she schedule both appointments then. She wasn't sure what to say and at that point of frustration I just cancelled my appointment and definitely won't be going back there. Highly wouldn't recommend this location especially not for young children. Only gave one start because the front desk staff and dental assist we worked with were pleasant.

What a great experience I had! All staff members were polite and informative. The dumfries office has a unique touch of vintage. The place is not run down as others have stated. Some doctors I have experienced with have old techniques they like to stick to and as long as they have their license and know how to resolve my problems then for all I care this dentist place can be a haunted house. Definitely recommend this practice 10/10.
