I absolutely love this office, the young ladies at the front desk is sweet. Daja did a great job with his sealants, and Dr.Brown did an amazing job she made London feel so at ease and was done quick. She made me feel so comfortable and made the process smooth.

The ratings for this dental office definitely has to be inaccurate. I am very displeased with the customer service skills at this establishment. I called and notified them that my child had an abscess in her mouth and that I took her to the ER, they scheduled her an appointment. A couple days before the appointment they call me to re-schedule stating the dentist had a family emergency, okay cool, I understand things happen. They re-scheduled her for a week and a couple days from the original appointment. She then had an appointment on 10/10/2022 at 4 pm. They call me around 9 am to ask to re-schedule because the dentist is not feeling well and also stated that I could either drive to the other location which is almost an hour away or re-schedule to another day at an earlier time. If I wanted an earlier time the original appointment would have been scheduled at an earlier time. I also did not have time to re-schedule and then on the day of the appointment you call me again to re-schedule. I had already taken off of work twice and pulling the kids out of school to make sure they were at this appointment. [I had both my daughters scheduled but the main frustration is coming from my youngest daughter with the abscess]. When I explained my frustration the receptionist just kept stating "Mmmhhmmm". She gave the impression to me as if she was non-chalant and did not care and just was trying to re-schedule. I have dental office experience and when a child has an abscess, that infection can lead into the bloodstream so it is a very serious matter. I have found my children a different dental office. Just wanted to give my honest review.

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The dental hygienists and/or back staff....awful. 2 kids left crying or upset due to the negligence of the Duluth Pediatric Dentistry Staff. I later found out why because my daughters returned to me crying and upset too. Both my daughters returned to me with sad faces and tears due to a device placed in their mouth to keep it open. Apparently, this device was painfully uncomfortable and no measures were taken to allievate the pain. I asked the staff why my daughters were so upset and it was confirmed about the device. I asked if there was anything they could've done to comfort them (Vaseline on the lips to help with stretching, opt out of using the device if it causes that much pain) and was told "they were fine during the procedure and it just is what it is". Other Pediatric Dentistry locations have not used this device. I was told the usage of the device is on the sealant consent form (that's false, I've looked). I suggested that they inform the parents beforehand so parents aren't shocked to see their children return to them in tears. I overheard staff stating "it's 5:30p as if to say, it's time to go". No apology nor did the dentist come out to give a rundown of the visit. Very sorry establishment. I went there out of convenience of location but I will definitely return to driving to the Perimeter/Brookhaven location from now on.

I came in here the other day with my daughter suspecting a cavity and our dentist was so helpful! She cleared out the cavity efficiently and even gave us some very helpful tips on how to prevent further cavities! My daughter didn't complain about the pain at all! She even told me that she was afraid of dentists before but has overcome her fear by coming here. To any parents with difficult kids; I guarantee you this place is the best. They were very welcoming to me and my daughter. Best dentistry ever!!

My son had an appointment for a cleaning 05/16th and the hygienist told us that my sons gum were swollen, inflamed and bleeding and that we would need to bring him back in 3 months because it was so bad, and also suggested that we buy chlorhexdine, a mouth rinse that supposedly cost $35. Well, I requested an itemized receipt for my FSA and it showed the rinse was $25, the man that was at the front desk asked me was there any other charges because he knew he had over-charged me too much, but yet and still did not offer to refund me for the over charge. I had to come home sit down and read the receipt and look at my debit card transactions to see that they over charged me. This really lets me know that you can't trust this establishment. I will not be bringing my son back to this dentist.

I regret switching my kids to this place they CHARGE for Everything damnnnn ,they come with the excuse "your insurance doesn't cover this and that" I never did pay so much money on previous place !!!!

Yea they definitely are insurance scamming and trying to rack up money off these babies teeth. And it looks like they target people of color. I took my daughter (She is 4) there they said she had 4 cavities and needed 4 crowns! I said can you do fill ins and I was told no she was too young I said can the crowns be white they said no. I did the research online on the price of crowns vs fillings and I was like oh that is why they want to do the crowns because they can bill 1-2k a crown...fillings are only 50. I took my daughter to another dentist and long behold they said she only needed 2 fill ins and she was in and out in 30 minutes and the fillings are white and match her teeth. Imagine if I didn't get that second opinion they would have my baby walking around with 4 metal crowns in her mouth unnecessarily.

I had to cancel my appointment for my baby because there was too many issues with getting the new patient forms. The link on their website doesn't work. So I asked that an email be sent to me, but that didn't happen. I tried calling but no one is answering their phone at the Duluth location. It wasn't until I texted them to cancel the appointment and they asked why, that was finally emailed the new patient form. However, I was then told I would be charged a $25.00 fee if I canceled the appointment that would be due when I rescheduled. My baby is 13 months old, this would have been his first visit, if there is already disorganization before the appointment, then I have concerns with using this office for their services. And I certainly don't take well to "threats" of fees. I'll find another dentistry for my baby.

Attention attention!!! Me and my wife took out 3 year old for a cleaning. The dental hygienist was very nice and professional. She said she didnt see any major issues. however the dentist cane in and only checked my son for two seconds and told us he had 2 cavities without even doing x-rays . They gave us a referral letter and said we needed to act fast and have them filled. . We aren't dentist but something felt odd . We took our son to a different Dentist office and they couldn't find any cavities . THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAMM INSURANCE . DONT GO THERE !!!!!
