Changed dentist to Duluth Dental Group. Initial visit was a semi-annual cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to be placed on a waitlist and kept up to date of availability by the scheduler. Hygienist was very nice and did a very thorough cleaning. Dentist came in and answered all my questions. Glad I made the switch to Duluth Dental.

Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Dentist took the time to explain the entire process clearly, all staff members are great as well. Overall, very pleasant experience, will be sticking with getting dental care at this practice!

They have been my Dental Service provider for over 10 years. They do great work and have wonderful customer service. Really treated like family in their office. Most importantly they are very organized with appointment scheduling and reminders. Excellent service and I highly recommend !

I've been to many dentists, but this place has provided the best patient care so far. Dr. Ken Cheng and Dr. Chen Chen are the best dentists I've went to. I trust this place very much. The place is clean and the staff are very precise and informative. They always let the patient know what will they be doing before the treatment.

Awesome experience, however the receptionist is very short with you and rude. Barely had to wait, they were very detailed with pictures and X-rays for my new patient exam! They explained which teeth they'd be watching and showed me pictures of the areas as well. I will definitely be going back!!

Dr Ken and their staff (Erica my hygienist) are great. I had to get a root canal 2 years ago and was really hesitant because of the horror stories I've heard. I felt safe and comfortable the entire procedure and 2 years later I'm still doing great. I've lived in ga all my life and was traumatized as a teen by terrible dentists but Dr Ken makes it fun. My favorite part though is the comfortable teeth cleaning by the beautiful staff.

this is the first dental office I visited where I actually feel cared for by the dentist and staff. The employees are very professional, friendly, answers any questions I have related to my dental care. I recommend this dental office to my friends and family all the time whenever they're looking for a new dentists.

Very patient and relaxed environment. Dr. Cheng listened to me the whole time. Erica and Jasmine have such a gentle touch. Worth checking out for sure.

I was with this practice for over 20 years before Dr Cheng took over. I stayed after Dr Cheng came in and I'm just as happy and satisfied with the care that I'm receiving now. Dr Cheng and his staff are always very attentive and courteous when asking questions, and very knowledgeable when explaining procedures and discussing any issues I might have. I'm very confident in the care and services they provide and I highly recommend them!

I have been a patient with this group for many many years. They always get me in right away at appointments and keep me comfortable during cleanings or any procedures. And my teeth are in great condition thanks to them. I highly recommend!

Dr. Cheng took over my previous dentists practice. I had gone to my previous dentist from age 6-24, so I was a bit hesitant. Dr. Cheng has been incredibly welcoming and calming. The dentist isn't exactly my favorite place and needles are a fear of mine. The hygienists are super accommodating and work at a pace that makes me comfortable. Dr. Cheng filled my first cavity (again big needle fear) and he was quick, careful, and accurate. Highly recommend coming here!

Very bad service, they asked me to sign the paperworks for the price they offered to me even though I didn't decide to accept them yet. When I tried to get my exam record, the referral people/ interpreter responded the office was shutdown. I found out the office number myself online and tried to request it again and the staff asked me to let my new dentist to request the record from them. My new dentist told me it's stated by the law that they should give me my record back if I requested. I called them again and Finally, they asked for $50 to send the record back to me. It's never as it's office's previous name's meaning - "honest " and "trustworthy".

We love Dr. Ken! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with happy, smiling faces. They were on time which is huge for my busy schedule! I needed a filling and was so surprised! Completely painless! Very clean office! I even got a little goody bag after! Highly recommended!

They have been a great practice for me throughout my time with them. They took really good care of me while I was pregnant and made sure to coordinate with my primary health care physician. Even took care of some cosmetic work a previous dentist denied me. It was overall a great experience and I'll miss them so much! Wish I could take them back to Michigan with me.
