Dr. Dulac relocated to Northern Virginia with his wife Melissa in 2015 when she was offered a civil service position at the Pentagon. They welcomed their first child, a baby girl, Ella in September 2017. In July 2020, they welcomed their second child, a baby boy, James. In his personal time Dr. Dulac enjoys traveling, sailing, skiing, cycling, hiking, and watching Michigan football.
Dr. Dulac is a U.S. Navy Veteran. Over his five years of service to our country, he was stationed in Chicago, IL; Okinawa, Japan; and San Diego, CA. He deployed as a dentist on two different ships, deployed with the Marines, and provided dental care to the Navy Seals on Coronado Island. While stationed in Japan, Dr. Dulac led humanitarian dentistry missions in Thailand and the Philippines, providing dental care to the local populace with limited access to dental services; where he served alongside dentists from the Army and Air Force.
Dr. Dulac purchased the office of Dr. Bruce Markoff in January 2017. He thanks all the patients who have been with the office for years for giving him the opportunity to become their dentist in Northern Virginia. From his time in the Navy and moving around in his youth, Dr. Dulac appreciates how hard it is to find a dentist you enjoy and trust, and he looks forward to becoming your dentist in Northern Virginia.

I've been going to this practice for years. I'm a person that gets anxious about going to the dentist, but they are so patient with me here! Today had a cleaning with Hien and she was wonderful! I was completely comfortable

Just had a filling replaced and couldn't be happier. Dr. DuLac saved my original tooth so that I didn't need a crown. Procedure was painless and took less than 45 minutes from start to finish. Also get your really thorough cleanings from this practice. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency tooth to be extracted and from the time I called the office and spoke with Caroline to the time I left the office everything went very smoothly. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Dr. Dulac is gentle and kind. He keeps you informed of the procedure processes and what to expect before, during and again after. He even gives his patients his personal cell if you need to call him! Caroline was exceptionally kind and welcoming. She makes you feel right at home and is very helpful explaining coverages and options. She is such a joy. From the greeting to the goodbyes was a wonderful experience! Thank you all!

Dr. Dulac is the best dentist I've seen. I call him Dr. Pillow Fingers. He does great work with attention to details and is kind and gentle. His staff are the same way! I highly recommend him!

Dr. Dulac and his team are AMAZING! The best dentistry team I've ever been to. I've had a bad experience at another dentist before and Dr. Dulac made me feel comfortable and confident the entire time. I felt taken care of the whole time. I was also able to get a Zoom teeth whitening and my teeth are whiter than they've ever been!

Dr. Dulac has been our family dentist for several years. He is dedicated to his patients and spend as much time as necessary. He does beautiful work and always keeps up with the latest technology. The wonderful staff are a compliment to his office.

Excellent experience with staff and Dr. Dulac. The front desk always accommodates my needs when scheduling an appointment. My hygienist is one of the best I have experienced technically, as well as patient education in wellness and prevention. And Dr. Dulac practices evidence based dentistry with high tech and a soft touch. They have earned their 5 star rating!

Dr. Dulac's office staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. Dr. Dulac takes his time to meet with you and discuss options. He lets you know if a procedure may be a bit uncomfortable, but to be honest, I have never felt pain. I highly recommend Dulac Dental, they truly care about your dental health.

Dr. Dulac is patient and communicative. There are no surprises - for someone who is scared of pain, he is the PERFECT dentist. He communicates with you as he's working on you so you know if something might hurt, and for how many seconds. Everyone in his office is so nice and attentive. They go out of their way for you. I never thought I'd have so many nice things to say about a dentist's office, but I'm telling you this is the place you want to go.

Great experience with Dr. Dulac and all of his staff as every interaction from was personal and professional. I received excellent care and the best experience possible for repairing an old filling. I also purchased a snore/sleep guard that is doing wonders for how I feel in the morning after actually sleeping through the night. Can't say enough about Dr. Dulac and his excellent team!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As someone who moves every few years I've had the complexity of finding a new dentist office quite often. The most memorable part of my most recent dental trip was my hygienist, I believe his name was Jason or Josh. He was comforting when I first arrived and made me feel like I was right at home. If you go, ask for him. You won't regret it.

Great first experience here! Called on a Wednesday and they squeezed me in for a new patient check and up and cleaning the next morning. I was in and out of there in literally one hour. Super friendly and down to earth from the front desk to Dr. Dulac. Easiest trip to the dentist's office I've ever made. Thanks!
