The doctor is very nice and polite but the X-ray lady is extremely rude and unprofessional! I would give them one chance n go there just cause of the doctor. That's it!

It's very difficult to communicate in English with the woman that takes the dental x-ray at this clinic. The front desk person is annoyingly loud and rude. The seats at the waiting area are stained with dirt. The Doctor is nice, but this clinic gives you the vibe of a third-world-country!!

Extremely friendly people. I was happy to be in and out in no time. They even gave me a sample bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and some mouth wash after my cleaning. Great people just dealing with insurance can be kind of annoying. Everyone in the office and vaccinated!

I called and they got me in asap and the dr was very nice and took good care of me. The receptionist was very nice to me also and head was hurting so bad she did the paperwork for me. Recommend to my niece for her son. Good hospitality and I will be going back!

NOT everyone in their office is vaccinated! Beware of this facility where not everyone cares enough to protect their patients by getting vaccinated from Covid.

Staff doesn't explain anything or ask any questions. Health communication is non-existent here

Staff is very rude with the exception of the doctor, they will ignore your concerns, and don't ask questions or you'll find yourself waiting for hours

I had a great experience today with Duke Street Dental Centre's team. All very friendly and very professional. Thank you Dr. Aideen, James, Kate, Sandy, Zoe and Marie! Highly recommend this place!

Very bad first impression... had an appointment... showed up and the office was closed for the day... no phone call... no nothing... very unprofessional... definitely won't be going back there and will also pass on my experience to others. (Updated) They called back and said they had to close yesterday. They had my number listed incorrectly. The person I spoke to said it wasn't her handwriting. Of course. Also, the numbers they provided for an emergency said the same thing as their main business number's recorder and no one answered. I guess if i had an emergency, I'd not make it. Unprofessional either way.
