Hello, my name is Ron Duffin. I am a native of Hemet and along with my father before me, we are a part of more than 60 years of dental history in this valley. My wife Mimi and I have raised a great family here in Hemet and have an enduring love for this wonderful town and its outstanding people. My primary professional goal is my patients dental health and comfort. To accomplish this, my team and I have created a state-of-the-art dental facility on Latham Avenue in Hemet.
I am an accredited member of the American Academy of Implantology, licensed to administer dental conscious sedation and believe in continuing education. I strive to prove my commitment to my patients by providing excellent care through my constant quest for the most up-to-date knowledge and techniques. I believe in treating people with respect, giving them options and providing them with the same quality of care I would want to receive. Dr. Duffin graduated from the University of Washington in 1989 and shortly thereafter established his practice in Hemet. He has continued his educational studies in a variety of areas including: dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, periodontics, endodontics, restorative dentistry, full-mouth reconstruction and sedation dentistry.
Jennifer began her dental career in 1988 as a Registered Dental Assistant. She transferred to the front office in 1996 but still has the knowledge and abilities to work hands on with the patients in the back office. She has decades of expert knowledge in working with the insurance companies to be sure our patients get the maximum benefits within their policies. She has worked for Dr. Duffin for 6 years and absolutely thinks he is by far the best dentist she's ever worked for. Jennifer resides in Temecula now with her fiance, but grew up in Rancho Cucamonga. She has two daughters that just graduated from universities and has even returned to college herself. She hasn't decided what she wants to be when she grows up yet.
Sonias dental career started after graduating dental assisting school 16 years ago. She and Dr. Duffin have worked together since 2012. She feels blessed to work with a Dentist that truly cares about his patients. Helping patients feel welcome and comfortable is very important to her as well. Sonia loves to interact with and educate her patients with her dental knowledge.
Sandras first careers involved illustrating educational films and materials for college nursing courses; then later designing instructional materials, packaging, logos, and marketing programs for a medical products company. When she received a job offer closer to home, from an area newspaper Advertising Director, she accepted, and made the leap into what would become a wonderful 20+ year adventure into advertising sales and management. There she learned that customer service was king. As the newspaper industry continued to downsize, closing the majority of offices, she went back to college; earned certifications in Medical Billing and Coding; as well as a license in dental assisting. She loves that she can be part of an essential and fulfilling service in her own community. Sandra has two grown children: her daughter, a licensed CRNA, and the mother of two very special grandchildren; and her son, who owns his own dental practice in Louisville, KY, and whose wife is expecting her third grandchild. Sandra is grateful every day for the life she has been given!
Tina has been a Registered Dental Assistant for 26 years. She has lived in Hemet for 30 years and is raising 3 beautiful daughters as a single mother. Tina has enjoyed working for Dr. Duffin for the last year. She feels that his office has opened her up to more learning experiences because of his expertise and the new technology he uses in his practice.
Natalie has been a Dental Hygienist since 2008 graduating from Riverside Community College. She started her dental career at 19 years old cleaning instruments for an Orthodontist. She really enjoyed dentistry and went to school for Dental Assisting and was a dental assistant for 8 years. Natalie had such a passion for patient care that she went back to school to be a Dental Hygienist. Natalie is very passionate about patient care and prevention. She is definitely not fearful of talking and making her patients feel comfortable & laughter is almost expected!
Natalie and her husband Nick have been married since 2006 and have 2 children together. Their son Alec just graduated from high school and is planning to go into the Navy. Ruby, their daughter, is in middle school and she is playing volleyball and learning the Piano.
