We have a modern sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements. The source of water for our dental units is distilled water (bottled water), which removes any chance of contamination from regular tap water like that used in most dental offices.
Our friendly and competent staff is dedicated to patient comfort and quality care. We provide the best and latest in dental technology and treatment options. We provide gentle, family-oriented dental care to the adults and children of this community. We utilize the best equipment sterilization techniques available to dentists. In addition to general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, we work with specialists in Periodontics (gum diseases), Implant dentistry, and Endodontics (root canal treatments), as well as other specialists. Our team emphasizes comprehensive quality care and preventive dentistry.
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. For our patients convenience we have arranged a payment plan through a third party, which helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
Dr. Duff is from a dental family in Wisconsin and has dreamed of becoming a dentist from a young age. She has volunteered her dental services to underserved children and adults in the United States and South America.
Dr. Duff is a member of the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, and the Greater Springfield Dental Society. She is committed to continuing education and keeping up with the latest technology.

Dr. Whitney Bairis a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. She is an alumni of Drury University where she completed her under grad studies.Dr. Bair is originally from Springfield, MO where she graduated from Kickapoo High School.
She is an active member of the Springfield Junior League. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family including herfianc Colin. She likes to volunteer in the community which routinely includes time at Isabels House. She also spends free time taking care of her 2 cats, Alice and Arnold.
Kelsey Wierman graduated from Vatterott College for dental assisting in April 2012. Kelsey worked with Dr. Duff during her internship for several months before graduating. Kelsey volunteered at the Kitchen Clinic Inc. throughout her schooling and hopes to do more volunteer work in the future.
Kelsey Wierman grew up in Seymour, Missouri and loves spending time outdoors. She has a variety of hobbies which includes painting, reading, and shopping. Kelsey always loved visiting the dentist which ignited her interest in the field of dentistry.
Dominique Reed graduated the Ozarks Technical Community College dental assisting program in May 2007. Dominique has been a dental assistant in the Ozarks for about four years and North Carolina for one year. Dominique graduated the Missouri Southern State University dental hygiene program in May 2012. Dominique had the opportunity to participate at MoMoms in 2011 and enjoys being involved in the community.
Dominique Reed is originally from Gainesville, Missouri and loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys fishing, floating, and riding four-wheelers with her boyfriend, Justin. Dominique always knew she wanted a profession in dentistry; especially after wearing braces for three years and having a skin graph completed.

Great dental office. I've been looking for a new dentist for a while and had a few bad experiences from pushy dentists trying to sell me pricey procedures that I didn't need. I had heard good things about Duff Dental from several people and was beyond pleased. Everyone from the lady at check-in, the dental hygienist, and the Dr were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I did need a couple of fillings, that I knew I probably did before I went in and possibly even one other. They were able to do the fillings right then after my cleaning and said everything else looked great. I trust the doctor and that's very valuable in a good dentist. I highly recommend!

I've never had such a pleasant experience at a dental office. Every single person I interacted with was helpful, caring, and helped me feel comfortable. Duff Dental is the best dentist in Springfield! Locally owned and operated by two amazing women and their wonderful staff. The staff are always extremely friendly and kind. I know a lot of people I've referred to them had prior trauma or horrible dental experiences and said they were no longer afraid of the dentist after going to Duff Dental. I can't recommend it enough!

One of the best dental experiences from someone with mild dental anxiety! Everyone was incredibly nice and understanding. I had a cleaning and the hygienist was great. I have TMJ and the cleaning was really gentle but still thorough. Dr. Duff really talked to me about what I needed and truly listened! Their prices were also very fair, much better than my previous dentist. I can't say enough about what a great experience I had.
