Joseph A. Duddy, III, DMD is the Founder and Clinical Director of the practice. He has more than twenty years of experience providing high quality care to his patients. All patient care activities in our practice are overseen by Dr. Duddy.
In 1987, he earned his Doctorate in Medical Dentistry from Tufts School of Dentistry in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr Duddy completed his General Practice Residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center (JSUMC) in 1988 and started in private practice in 1989.
Maura E. Conniff, DMD is the practice?s Associate Dentist.? Dr. Conniff received her undergraduate degree from College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts. In 1999, she earned her Doctorate in Medical Dentistry from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.? She completed her General Practice Residency at JSUMC in 2000 and has been an Attending Dentist there since 2002.
Dr. Duddy selected all the members of his team due to their skills and expertise, as well as their training and experience. Each team member is fully committed to the dental health and well-being of our patients.

Love this office! Everyone is so nice. Dr.Duddy is very thorough with exams and explanations. He never rushes you out and is always friendly. Definitely recommend!

Love this office - everyone is extremely nice and helpful. If you hate the dentist like me, you will hate it far less coming here because everyone is very nice and comforting

I got Dr. Joe Duddy's name as a referral through my mother when I had an emergency after a tooth lose in my jaw. I went to see him starting back in 2020 for the emergency appt. Very professional, explained the process and what needed to be done, and fixed the problem. Since then, I have continued to remain a patient of Joe Duddy since my first visit. I have ongoing work that is being done, and during every visit; despite some minor anxiety, he still manages to bring quality expertise, professionalism, and care to his patients, and he is very skilled in what he can do, and he's a very nice guy. Had my usual great experience at Dr. Duddy's office. Carly did a wonderful job with cleaning and x-rays. This was followed by Dr. Duddy's diagnostics and consultation. My visit finished with the wonderfully efficient and friendly front desk staff ready to schedule my next visits. There are many dentists in this area with great reputations, but it would be hard for me to imagine any practice could be better than Dr Duddy and Dr. Conniff.

I began visiting Dr. Duddy when I moved to Spring Lake Heights 21 years ago. I have always been most satisfied with him and his staff. Dr. is always very pleasant and offers advice willingly when asked. His staff is most accommodating and very pleasant no matter how busy they are. On my most recent visit I discovered that the hygienist I had all these years since retired and her replacement Olivia, is just as patient and gentle toward me as she was. From my experience visiting all these years, I can attest to the fact that Dr. Duddy chooses a staff who makes visiting the dentist's office very easy (especially for someone like me who has never looked forward to dentist visits since my Mom dragged me to the office when I was very young - so many, many years ago.) So if you are like me, don't hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Duddy.

Dr.Duddy is a pro. Needles don't even hurt. The appointment time is the appointment time even late in the afternoon.

Patients of Dr. Duddy since moving down here in 2000. Due to an insurance glitch, had to switch dentists. Can't tell how good it is to finally come "home" and work with him and his highly dedicated staff!

Dr. Duddy has been my dentist for over 25 years; I equate his expertise to that of an artist, sculpting my fillings! The entire staff is wonderful, & new dental hygienist Olivia is as sweet as she is talented!
