I always read a business's lowest reviews before choosing them but I would not recommend doing that for Duck Creek as I don't believe they are accurate. I have gone to countless dentists to have work done and countless dentists tell me there's nothing wrong with my teeth or I don't need to get braces again. They just kept grinding my lower row of teeth down. Coming to Duck Creek was like a breath of fresh air. I was listened to and was given a real plan of action for my teeth and they basically confirmed what I had been trying to find out for many years. The staff are very friendly and they actually wait until your mouth is numb to start drilling. I had to have some cavities filled and it was nearly painless. I was expecting the numbing shot to hurt but I hardly felt it. That was a first for me. I cannot recommend this dentist office enough. I have not stopped talking to my friends and family about how I feel heard and I feel taken care of. It was maybe a week between my teeth cleaning and getting my cavities filled although there was about a 6 week wait for my teeth cleaning but that's not a huge deal since those are only twice a year.

Went in today, left side of my face was swollen do to a bad tooth, they were very nice, respectful, and full of laughs. There was a lady who helped the dentist, beautiful, was a nice distraction as I was having a tooth ripped out. Oh, they didn't mind my cussing, always a plus lol

Super nice employees who help you relax. Talk you through what they're doing and why. They don't try to talk you into things that aren't a necessity. Loved my experience

Very poor communication and even worse customer service. They missed my first appointment completely claiming there was a problem with their booking service so I had to be rescheduled. That should have been my first clue. After that I was repeatedly told my insurance kept paying less than expected when everything was supposed to have been checked in advance. Then, when I had to have a tooth extracted and a partial remade through the course of treatment, they didn't tell me it was imperative that the partial be put back in as soon as the tooth came out or my teeth would shift. Apparently, they didn't tell the oral surgeon that either as I was sent home from the extraction with the partial in my hand instead of my mouth. I tried the next day to put it in and couldn't get it. I was already in pain and thought it would be OK to wait for next appointment to ask for help. The hygienist tried but it was only after the dentist looked at it did she explain very matter-of-factly that my teeth had shifted and the partial that just cost me $750 to remake wasn't going to work. The only option I had was $1,000 for a new one that they were happy to quote. When I asked about a discount since I had been completely uninformed, she became short and indignant with me, pointing the finger at everyone but herself saying that the oral surgeon should have called her that day and I should have done the same. Believe me, I certainly would have had I been educated to the fact that it was a necessity from the professional I was entrusting with my treatment! I sincerely believe the surgeon would have if he had been informed as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values honesty and integrity in their health professionals and treatment plans.

I am 26 - I've been going to dentists for a long time now. Believe me when I say this was the BEST experience at a dental office I have ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly, the hygienist and the dentist both explained everything that was going on and what I need to do in easy to understand ways. The tech they use here is also very quick and modern!! Highly recommend! So happy I found this place!!

I'm new to the area and finding a great dentist with even better staff is hard to come by! Overall my first visit with duck creek family dental was the best hands down! I'm looking forward to getting my dental work done with them

Please be aware their appointment system if you have busy schedules. Cancellations in different reasons from this clinic happened MANY times in the past. Indeed, great decoration with privacy, friendly attitude do attract customers. Hopefully our leaving from this clinic allow the existing customers of the clinic to get more attention.
