Will never go back no matter how I tried to get back in there always some sort of an excuse on why.braces on over 4 years and nothing .going somewhere else to get it fixed the right way .ty for nothing

The doc seemed amazing however staff not so much I needed authorization for my sons treatment he was denied they said and tried to quickly set me up on a payment plan now mind you this is not just for braces my 10yr old son has an adult tooth that wont come out so his dentist referred us so completely necessary so I call the insurance company and explained she told me based on what I said that should of been approved so she pulls it up those ladies literally only put needs braces the braces are only a small part of the treatment so when I call the dr back per what the woman from insurance told me and the staff girl gets a total attitude and said they would try to resubmit it and get back with me .... weeks nothing and everytime I call get message so irritating I just hope they resubmitted it with proper information this time

Daughter has a positive smile not only is the doctor awsome but all the ladys are so nice respectful help out in anyway omg are sooooo clean very well organized what i can see of and i swear your child self image will change and you will see a smile a child always wanted thank you

My daughter has been receiving treatments from Dr. Duchon and his staff for her braces. We have been very pleased with the services provided, promptness of appointments and the friendliness of the staff.

I was referred to this doctor from my daughter's dentist, I called 10 times never got an answer. I went into the office the staff was there but supposedly on their break I could hear them talking, I met the doctor who was super nice, told me to call and make an appt he would make sure they answered. They schedule us for over 4 months later. Today was her appointment we show up 10 minutes early go to open the door it's locked! Call the number and like always goes to their recorded message, we stayed for 20 minutes after he appointment time to see if anyone would either answer the phone or unlock the door. Noone!so we left he needs new office staff in their recorded message it says they open at 8am. I don't get it but they wasted my time and gas! Don't waste YOURS!

My girls love going to him.he is gentle with there teeth and explains what to do to maintain a healthy .I recommend anyone to see him
