We are located at 347 Valley Road, Clifton, New Jersey. Our office is comfortably decorated to reflect a relaxed and low-stress atmosphere for our patients. Our treatment areas are equipped with the most advanced dental technology available.
Dr. Lawrence Duca is dedicated to making your services as easy and affordable as possible. We feel that it is very important for everyone we see to be educated and informed about the procedure that they are interested in.
While many of our dental treatments are covered by insurance, we recognize that every person has different needs. Financial planning for what can be a substantial investment is important and we would like you to be well informed about the cost and payment options that are available to you. That is why we have come up with some helpful information to assist in deciding which form of payment will work best for you and your individual needs.
Dr. Duca was born and grew up in Clifton, NJ and is a graduate of The MontclairKimberley Academy, located in Montclair, NJ. He has been an active alumnus of MKA and has served on the Alumni Council for 9 years. He attended Rutgers College (College Ave. Campus) and graduated in 1983 with a B.A. in Biology. He went on to earn his D.M.D. degree with Honors from UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School in Newark, NJ in 1987.
That year he joined his father Dr. Lawrence P. Duca, Sr. in private practice at his dentist office in Clifton, NJ, which he established in 1955. Dr. Duca has strong ties to the Clifton and Montclair communities and has chosen to continue his practice at the same location.

I highly recommend Dr. Duca. I have been going to his practice every six months (for my cleanings) for YEARS! Dr. Duca and his entire staff are very professional and friendly. This is also an office where you can expect to be taken at your appointment time, there is no waiting for hours to be seen.

I was apprehensive to see a new dentist because my prior dentist in woodland park treated me poorly. Dr.Duca was very welcoming and treated me like family. He took his time cleaning my teeth very well and explained to me what he saw on my xrays. He also took his time to explain my procedures and made sure I understood my options for treatment. I wish I found him 4 years ago when I got my employer benefits. I will refer him to all my family and coworkers. Thank you for taking care of me and my family Dr.Duca!

I had a few teeth where the 20+ year old fillings were failing. He replaced all the fillings quickly and painlessly . I also had a couple crowns done and a tooth pulled .To replace the missing tooth he placed a post and implant . It works flawlessly and looks like my natural teeth . I'm very pleased with the care I receive and the outcome. I have been his patient now for then years . If you're you need a dentist i highly recommend you see Dr. Duca.

I have been a patient of Dr. Duca for almost a year just went back for my cleaning and he is just amazing ; he makes sure to explain everything that he is doing . He makes you feel comfortable he answers any questions you may have and he is always ready to recommend what is best for your teeth , I can honestly say that i trust Dr. Duca with anything that has to be done to my teeth ,for years i have been walking around with a root that my last dentist left in there and Dr. Duca discovered it and will be taking care of it soon . He is the best and you are in great hands the staff is amazing as well .

I have been going to Dr. Duca for about a decade and he has never been anything short of courteous, professional, and honest with work that must be done immediately vs. work that can wait. His cleanings are very thorough and my teeth look amazing afterwards. I am an absolute coward with needles and he was very good with making sure I didn't see the needle and making sure it didn't hurt. I had an issue with a FRONT tooth (how awful) and Dr. Duca was honest with my options of what would work and what wouldn't and the overall result was very good - I couldn't be happier. Bonus- I was able to pay the work off. His Assistants/Office staff are super polite and very friendly. The office is clean and easy to get to. I highly recommend.

I am very picky with my dentist, and I have a lot of experience with good dental care. This place and especially Dr. Lawrence exceeded all those experiences. This is hands down the best place to go if you need routine or more advanced care.
