Dr. Duca was born and grew up in Clifton, NJ and is a graduate of The MontclairKimberley Academy, located in Montclair, NJ. He has been an active alumnus of MKA and has served on the Alumni Council for 9 years. He attended Rutgers College (College Ave. Campus) and graduated in 1983 with a B.A. in Biology. He went on to earn his D.M.D. degree with Honors from UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School in Newark, NJ in 1987.
That year he joined his father Dr. Lawrence P. Duca, Sr. in private practice at his dentist office in Clifton, NJ, which he established in 1955. Dr. Duca has strong ties to the Clifton and Montclair communities and has chosen to continue his practice at the same location.
