Dr. Aparna Sadineni has over 20+ years of expertise in general and cosmetic dentistry, committed to providing every patient with comprehensive, customized dental care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery at The University of California, San Francisco. She continues to develop her skills and artistry through numerous continuing education courses. She completed a 3-year postgraduate program in esthetic and cosmetic dentistry from The University of Minnesota in 2009 and received her Mastership in Academy of General Dentistry in 2010.

Dr. Sadineni received her Fellowship with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, making her the only AACD Fellow dentist in Central Ohio and one in only 87th dentists in the world qualified to perform advanced cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Sadinenis favorite aspect of dentistry is the opportunity to serve others because she truly values the relationships she builds with her patients, staff, and community. She also gives back to the community by participating in the Give Back A Smile, an organization that serves women that had been affected by Domestic Violence, and Give Kids A Smile programs to ensure that oral health is a priority in Central Ohio. She listens to patients concerns and customizes care to eliminate the pain and discomfort associated with traditional dentistry.

Dr. Sadineni is a big believer of advocacy on behalf of the profession which has led her to involvement with the Academy of General Dentistry Council on Membership and She also serves as an Ohio AGD Membership Chair, Past Ohio AGD President and Present serving as the AGD Regional Director for the Ohio & Indiana Constituents.

In her free time, Dr. Sadineni travels and spends time with her husband Kishore. Dr. Sadineni is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters, Meghana and Srighana. Following their mothers footsteps, Meghana older daughter completed her dental school and joined in Oral & Maxillofacial residency at the Case Western Reserve University school of Dental Medicine. Srighana younger daughter is in her second year of Dental School at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. They both are extremely passionate about dentistry; they help out in the office whenever they come home from college.

Ashley has been a part of the Dublin Metro Dental team since 2009. Her leadership skills and managerial ability ensures every patients visit goes as planned. Her infectious smile catches on as she works with our patients. She loves working with our team and her problem-solving ability and quick thinking makes our day go smooth and efficient. In her spare time Ashley enjoys spending time with her daughter, watching movies and being outdoors.

Shilpa has been a part of Dublin Metro Dental Team since 2011. She is always approachable in answering questions regarding insurance benefits, treatment plan, and financing options. She takes great pride and pleasure in delivering unforgettable service to our patients. She is bilingual as speaks both English and Hindi. Patients love her for being very warm, concerned, and always available to reach regarding any questions about dental treatment. She is a yoga enthusiast and loves spending time with her 2 young girls.

Amy is the first person who welcomes you to our office. She graduated from Ohio business college with dental assisting program. Amy considers herself lucky to be able to come to work in an office that provides such top-notch care to its patients. Her goal is to know that patients are well cared for and received the highest level of service. Her hobbies include traveling exotic places to see other cultures and places. She spends time with her son, who keep her busy and smiling.

Sam joined our Dental Team in 2017. She helps our doctor perform quality dentistry and enjoys providing patients with the best care possible. She started her career as a dental assistant in 2005. She ensures each and every patient has the best dental experience. She loves seeing their SMILE transformation and knowing that our team made a difference. She moved to Columbus from a small southern Ohio town in 2010. She loves spending time with her adorable daughter doing hiking-fishing and anything outdoors.

Elizabeth has 25 years of dental hygiene experience. She graduated in 1993 with associate degree in dental hygiene from west liberty university. She enjoys taking care of her patients and helps educate them on the importance of good dental hygiene and how it affects the overall body health not just the teeth. Her extensive experience and education allow her to provide truly superior care for her patients. She loves the wonderful patients she gets to interact every day! Outside of work Elizabeth loves spending time with her two boys. She spends evenings/ weekends at soccer fields with her kids.

Katie graduated from Rhodes sate collage with associate degree in dental hygiene. Katie loves working with such a wonderful group of co-workers. Prior to being a hygienist Katie worked as a dental assistant at the Ohio Reformatory for women. She educates patients on the importance of good oral health. She enjoys treating adults and children of all ages. Katie enjoys spending time with her husband Ben and two boys. She loves cooking and shopping.

Candice graduated from Rhodes sate college with associate degree in dental hygiene. She enjoys building relationships with patients while making a difference in their overall health and well-being. It is of the utmost importance that patients leave Candices chair feeling better about their oral health, and she does her best to make that happen every time. She enjoys attending continuing dental education courses to stay up to date on latest advancements in dentistry. Candice love her two dogs and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband.

Anitha graduated from Madras University with Bachelors Degree in Dental Surgery. She worked as a dentist in India. She also completed EFDA certification and performs cavity fillings very gently on our patients. She takes CEREC digital impressions and prepares CEREC crowns for patients in one office visit. Anitha gentle touch and chair-side manner helps our patients feel more relaxed and comfortable while receiving treatment. She enjoys attending continuing dental education courses to stay up to date on latest advancements in dentistry. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Jenny works hand-in-hand with Dr. Sadineni to create a calm and comfortable environment for our patients where every visit goes smoothly. She is fluent in speaking both Russian and English. For many people going to the dentist can be very stressful, so she tries to make every patient visit to our office a pleasant one. We are fortunate to have such a caring and compassionate member as a part of our dental team. She is a proud mom of 2 adorable kids and loves spending time with her husband and family.

Lauren has been a part of our Dental Office since 2015. She has over 5 years of Dental experience and truly enjoys working with patients each and every day. Lauren is happy to have found an amazing office to grow and expand her dental skills. She is especially proud in her expertise in assisting Dr. Sadineni with Implants and Invisalign and loves getting to see our patients results at the end! Outside of work she enjoys trail hikes and baseball! She also has a fur child named Princess!!

Jessica has been in the field of dentistry since 2013. She started working as a patient care coordinator and realized she want to be a dental assistant. She loves helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable during their dental visits. She takes continuing education courses each year to be up-to- date with the latest procedures, products and technology. She will be applying to EFDA program in the future. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
