Dr. Madhavi Potti, practiced as a General Dentist for several years, she realized root canals were her passion during her Practice and moved to the East and to complete her specialty training in Endodontics from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine Cleveland, OH. She received her Masters degree in Endodontics in 2013 and has been practicing as specialist in Bay area. Dr. Potti is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Alameda County Dental Society.
Our Office Coordinator Priscilla is our go-to, for a great patient experience. With a background in customer service, mostly in dental offices, she knows how to make a dental visit into a pleasant experience. She does a wonderful job in making sure all our patients are happily taken care of.

Dr. Potti was absolutely phenomenal, and her exemplary dedication and compassion were present, from the smallest detail to the most complex part of the procedure. Dr. Potti explained every step of the procedure and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment (I did not feel the slightest pain or discomfort). Dr. Potti's team also performed at the highest level, Bally (dental hygienist) was extremely attentive, and gentle. Pricilla, the office manager, was invaluable in scheduling, accommodating my personal needs and excelled during her liaison duties with the insurance company. By far one of the best experience I've had Bravo.. Being stuck in another state while In town on business far away from home( FL) dealing with a unbearable toothache, I needed Dental Care Asap. I found myself searching online and wasn't having any luck with the reviews I'd seen so far. Just as I was getting frustrated and about to give up I stumbled across Dr Potti's office. I made the phone call and was greeted with Excellent service and a warm friendly environment as soon as I walked in the door. Dr. Potti and team were amazing, They were very attentive to my comfort level and empathetic to my anxiety concerns ,I could not have had a better experience with my root canal and was so grateful to have found Dr. Potti and her AMAZING staff! After being told I needed a root canal I avoided the situation for some months until my dentist insisted I take it seriously. Being my first root canal to say I was nervous is an understatement because I had heard the horror stories from family and friends and was basically told "good luck". I was referred to another office but decided to look for other care after some bad reviews of that office. To my surprise Dr. Potti had only 4 and 5 star reviews, too good to be true I thought - but not at all they are all true! The office is so clean and beautiful it makes a great first impression. The staff from the front desk receptionist to her sweet assistant were so kind and caring. The equipment is clean and updated and at every step I was made to feel comfortable. After the initial exam Dr. Potti confirmed I indeed needed a root canal, some infection had set in but she could take care of it and that I may need two visits depending on how the procedure went. To my surprise the actual root canal procedure took only 1 hr - it was also totally painless and Dr. Potti and her assistant worked effectively and quickly. Once done, I had very minor sensitivity for two days (as to be expected) never any pain nor did I need any medications post procedure. She was able to take care of me in one visit not two and during my one week follow up with her, I was given the green light to move forward with my dentist who will do the crown. Overall I couldn't be more please with Dublin Endodontics! So happy I researched and worked with their office. I followed up with my family and friends and told them I did not need their "good luck" wishes but they will if they choose any other provider but Dr. Potti who is on top of her game! :)

I had a root canal done here and thought it would be the same as my previous procedure from my past dentist. I was wrong, the procedure itself was painless and they really take care of you. The receptionist would follow up with you on how you are doing. Would recommend and if I could would give them 100

I wish I could give Dr.Madhavi Potti 10 stars. She is an amazing doctor and was so so gentle with me. If I ever need a specialist visit, I'm definitely coming back to her. Oh also, the dentist office is so beautiful!

I would like to highly recommend Dublin Endodontics for their outstanding patient care and service. They make having route canals as easy as possible, and as comfortable as possible. Dr. Potti is incredibly gentle but does a very thorough job and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her staff are all very kind and helpful too. A DIFFERENT Dental Group in Dublin checked me earlier, and wanted me to Undergo a 3 Mth Series of Visits & Treatments for my Tooth # 14, costing Nearly $ 3000, with NO PAIN RELIEF upto the 2 Mth Stage !!! They were awesome. Had a root canal done here, and they were nice, accommodating, professional. Nothing hurt and they worked diligently the entire time. Lots of communication to make sure that patients did not come into close contact with each other. It was a pleasant experience the entire time.

I had infection in tooth removed and a root canal done here in August by Dr. Potti, and it went smoothly. She is very experienced Dentist and communicated very well at every stage on what was happening. They made it pleasant. I would recommend Dr Potti to my Family and Friends even though she is little expensive.

the staff were amazing and personable. made me feel like family. very welcoming and eliminated the fear of the procedures. i only have three complaints... although i can't exactly direct them as a complaint due to the fact that i remain confused on which office or practice is responsible for which procedures. i went in for two root canals. they did great work! however i had a huge cavity on the side of the molar that needed their expertise. they gutted the cavity but did not fill it so i assumed that my regular dentist was responsible for filling the hole. my second complaint was that the first root canal i had done compacted making a big dip in the crater of my finished tooth.l, which they said they would fill and adjust accordingly. so when i got to the second and final root canal, they did great work and sent me home with a temporary filling to be check on and or replaced at the next visit a week out. i went to this last visit expecting them to add filling to the previous root canal that compacted so far that it feels like me tooth is decaying, and also to replace the "temporary" filling with a permanent filling. however, i wen tin they took one x-ray and sent me on my way. so i remain confused as to which dental practice is responsible for completing my teeth. other than that.... i have no complaint at all. the assistant was very sweet and sympathetic. the dr herself was also sympathetic and sweet and really good with her work. i just wonder if maybe they forgot or maybe my regular dentist os expected to finish the job. so again i am confused with how the normal procedures are supposed to occur. 5 stars for staff and 3 stars only due to the confusion.

I was in terrible pain & needed 2 root canals. I had a root canal years earlier & was concerned because it had been a painful experience that I didn't care to repeat! All my worry was a waste of time as Dr. Potti is a skilled Endodontist & I felt no pain. In fact, I nodded off during the procedure! Even the numbing injections were painless! Everyone is different so there's never a pain free guarantee but I'm confident Dr. Potti & staff will do their best to make it pleasant. I also wanted to point out what a beautiful office they have. From the art & furnishings to the incredible slideshow on the tvs in the exam rooms. The space made me feel so comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Dublin Endodontics
