I was in urgent need of a root canal, my dentist called Dr. Bernstein's office and they got me in within one day of the call. I really enjoyed the visit and services, the staff and Dr. Bernstein himself were very nice and FUNNY, this certainly helped make it a pleasant experience. He was so detailed and thorough when explaining everything to me and made sure I knew everything before leaving the office. I was given an opportunity to pick music to listen to during the procedure, but I let Dr. Bernstein pick for me; I really enjoyed Smokey Robinson(LIVE) and our conversation about Motown Records. I recommend this office!

Best Endodontist that ever existed! PERIOD. Dr.Bernstein cares, his staff cares, they care about the expense of the service provided and will NEVER overcharge. I had a very intricate root canal done through a bridge that I had placed and it was seamless. The process definitely took a few hours but I had my music channel going on their TV screen and the staff is so familiar that you tend to laugh at their jokes when they're bantering amongst each other. I love the staff and I love Dr.Bernstein's efficiency and skill so so much more! 5 stars! Wish you were a primary dental office, I would definitely switch!

Dr. Bernstein and his staff are amazing. Their office is clean and up to date. Noone likes going to the dentist let alone having a root canal procedure done but if you have to have one done Dr. Bernstein's office is the only place I would recommend.

I am beyond pleased!! This office! The Staff amazing again AMAZING. I just got home from my root canal, that I drove 2 hrs to get to. They were kind patient and I had tears leaving because they went above and beyond to make sure I was ok!! Thank you a million times yall thank you!!!

Remember the old saying "That was as fun as a root canal"? Well, you can forget it now. A few weeks ago I went to my dentist and they said I needed an emergency root canal. My dentist called Dr. Bernstein's office and they got me in at 7:30pm that same day and did the procedure that night. The staff was excellent, they texted me throughout the day to get everything setup. Once I arrived for my appointment, they made me feel comfortable and were ready to go the minute I stepped into the office. After the X-rays were completed, I sat in the chair and they asked me what music I wanted to listen to while they were performing the procedure. Dr. Bernstein came in and went through my x-rays and explained to me what he was going to do to try to save my tooth. I was apprehensive when he pulled out the needle but I didn't feel a thing when he stuck it in me 6 times. Not sure why, maybe it was a fine gauge needle but after a few seconds, the hard part was over. An hour later, I was on my way home. On Saturday before my follow up appointment, my tooth was starting to hurt again, I texted the office on Saturday not expecting a response yet received one a few minutes later. Dr. Bernstein was on the road and was nice enough to diagnose me and call in a prescription for some Antibiotics. I went back on Monday and they completed the root canal. 2nd visit, same as the first. Excellent. They even texted me on Tuesday to see if I was ok. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do, Dr. Bernstein will be the one I'll call without hesitation. He and his great team are amazing.

I would recommend Dr. Bernstein to anyone and everyone. He and his staff made you feel welcome and and like an actual person. The quality of care I received was exceptional. My time there was not rushed. Dr. Bernstein took the time not only to make me feel comfortable while I was in a great deal of pain, but also explained every detail of the procedure and had shown me why it was being performed. His spoke of stories as he worked and actually had me laughing during my procedure which certainly helped my anxieties. I was relaxed as he worked and his assistants were phenomenal as well, his entire staff was. I received post op texts, from an actual person, checking up to see how I was feeling. I couldn't be more pleased with my overall experience and treatment.

The office is such a comforting energy as soon as you walk in. Dr. Bernstein makes you feel like you're the only patient he has and all the issues are important to be addressed. He saved my tooth! I'm never going anywhere else thank you

I was referred to Dr. Bernstein for a root canal a few days ago. Having heard many horror stories about root canals I admit to being somewhat anxious. My fears quickly disappeared as Dr. Bernstein and his staff demonstrated a level of professionalism and genuine concern that is rare in today's world. He is very personable and stood there chatting with me as the Novocaine took effect which further eased my anxiety. He explained what he was doing every step of the way as my late afternoon appointment stretched on till 8:00PM. Dr Bernstein and his staff were totally unfazed by the lateness of the hour as their only concern was the well being of their patient. If you ever find yourself in need of a root canal, do yourself a favor, schedule an appointment with Dr. Bernstein. You'll be glad you did!

Doctor and staff very friendly and helpful in calming dental anxiety. They take their time with you making you feel like you are the only patient there. Dr. Bernstein even took the time to educate me on using a sinus rinse!!! Highly recommend and I will return if treatment is needed!

If one day you need a radical treatment, I recommend coming here! The doctor is very professional and will explain to you what is wrong with your teeth and how he will treat it. I had my tooth done some time ago and Dr. Bernstein and his staff are great! Dr Bernstein came in looked at the x ray and knew what was wrong within seconds. He gets straight to business and explains everything. He does not mess around and isn't afraid to tell you like it is. He is a very skilled and honest man and I never had someone pay attention to every single detail the way he does. They have updated technology and the tvs and music make the experience awesome. I was a little nervous for this procedure but I had Alexi as my dental assistant and she came in and took x rays and was cracking jokes beforehand making me laugh which I think made a huge difference. She is very vibrant and some dental assistants at other offices are very cold. She is great at what she does is younger but is a Dr. Bernstein 2.0 when it comes to answering all my questions about teeth and assisting with my tooth. Those two are a dream team. Great overall experience and it's great to have an office like this with a dentist and staff I can trust in our area. Won't be going anywhere else if I ever need anything done .

Dr. B and staff give such outstanding care. Efficient with prompt responses and follow through. Empathetic understanding of the amount of pain endured prior to the root canal procedure. Very fortunate and appreciative to have found such a great endodontist! Highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Bernstein's office for evaluation of soft tissue swelling and pain after having a previous root canal at another dentist office 11/22/21. Dr. Bernstein's office was beyond accommodating, from the 1st appointment to the emergency root canal. I am grateful for all of their help (office staff and provider) Dr. Bernstein stayed late to make sure the infection was removed, with minimal pain. This was by far the BEST root canal I have ever had. Thank you again, if you have to have a root canal I recommend Dr. Bernstein's office.

Go nowhere else! I have serious anxiety with dentistry but Dr. Bernstein and his staff made me feel right at home and went over and beyond to make sure my care was 1000%. My root canal was done with incredible efficiency and I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure (got to listen to some super good music as well). But seriously, the BEST endo in Gainesville, I would go nowhere else!
