My wisdom teeth didn't start growing in until my late 20s, and I found out I would have to get them removed as an adult. I was very anxious about this, because I've heard that getting your wisdom teeth out as an adult can be pretty gruesome. I had consultations with a few different surgeons to make sure I found someone I felt comfortable with. Ultimately I decided to go with Dr. Julia Plevnia, and I am glad I did! In the initial consultation, she explained very clearly exactly what I should expect with the procedure. I felt prepared going into it, and the surgery itself was quick and well done. I was told to expect a lot of pain as an older wisdom tooth patient, but actually it was not as bad as expected. The postoperative support was also great, and I made a quick recovery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Plevnia, particularly for people like me who have a lot of anxiety around dental work. She made me feel very comfortable and heard, and I think that's a really important part of preparing someone for a surgical procedure. Also her support staff was great! They handled all my paperwork quickly, including my cost estimate, which I appreciated for budgeting purposes. The facility itself is also clean and welcoming. Obviously nobody wants to have oral surgery, but if you have to do it I would recommend going here.

I can confidently recommend Dry Creek Oral Surgery - DTC! I had an amazing experience there (as amazing as getting your teeth pulled can be). The reason my experience was so great was all because of the team there. They had incredible bedside manner and made sure I was comfortable and ready before the procedure. The team and staff's kindness truly showed and I couldn't be more grateful for such a good experience! Thank you Dry Creek Oral Surgery - DTC!

My tooth cracked in half, requiring an extraction, bone graft to fill the hole, and eventually the placement of an implant post in my jaw. All three procedures, as well as the series of progress checkups that followed, went super smoothly and that is 100% due to Dr. Plevnia and her support staff. Not only was Dr. Plevnia professional and thorough, but she also seemed to really care about my well-being. She even helped me find a good dentist to help take care of the final steps of my implant process. I don't say this about many doctors, mainly because it is so unfortunately rare, but she is a genuinely good person who also happens to posess insanely adept skill. One final measure for the quality of a business that is important to me is the interaction the bosses have with their employees. The way Dr. Plevnia and her assisting professionals (also exceptional at what they do) worked together and spoke to each other, with respect and warmth, made me very happy and contributed to helping me relax in a stressful situation. I appreciate that very much and am grateful to have been a patient of hers.

Unfortunately we made a last minute appointment here for an emergency tooth removal with an infection for my daughter that our orthodontist said was urgent and needed to happen right away. There was an issue with the dental insurance her father holds for her, so they called me right before I had to leave to come to the appointment and said I had to pay in full instead of having any time to figure out the insurance problem. I asked if I could try and figure it out with insurance after we got there and they said no, they couldn't and I was expected to pay, cutting me off. I understand being limited on time, but it was an emergency. I felt the office person I spoke to was really snarky and harsh and I honestly wanted to cry once I got off the phone. We canceled the appointment because of this. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe I wasn't clear enough with my questions, I don't know, but I didn't feel like they had enough compassion in a stressful situation to then take good care of my little one. I instead immediately called Dr. Catalano at Skyridge and I couldn't say enough great things about their office team - they were amazing, kind, gentle, understanding. They straightened out the insurance issue for us, solved the problem, and got us in same day and the Dr. couldn't possibly ever be better with kids - he's phenomenal!

Dr. Aragon came highly recommended from a dear friend, and my experience getting a tooth extraction proved him right. From the moment I walked through the door, the front office staff made me feel welcome. The doctor and his staff are very professional, and did all they could to make me feel comfortable during and after the procedure. This is where I will tell my family and friends to go!

Dr. Jannuzzi and his team are absolutely fantastic! I had all four wisdom teeth removed recently and was terrified. He and his team were extremely empathetic and helped calm my nerves. Silver was wonderful from start to finish, she was so kind and thoughtful. I developed dry socket on one side, Dr. Jannuzzi was so accommodating. He quickly got me in for an after hours visit late on a Friday afternoon. After coming in everything was smooth sailing. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a good oral surgeon and top notch service!

I don't recommend this clinic because a lot of miscommunications and dishonesty patients shouldn't pay for. Dr. Aragon is no longer here. Probably Dr. Jannuzzi can help, maybe he can step up to fix the clinic's problems: lying and deceiving patients (pay close attention). Cordially, when you go to a restaurant you will get a better treatment as a human.
