Lori brings 25 plus years of dental experience to our practice. She joined our practice is October 2020. Her priority is to ensure the best possible experience for our patients and is passionate about making sure everyone receives quality care. She and her husband live in Brick they have 3 children and a dog and are avid Yankee & Dolphins fans. Lori enjoys spending time with her family at the beach and on their boat.
Laya has 30 years experience in patient care. She started as a dental assistant and transitioned to the front desk while working for Dr. Manzon in Beachwood. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and in her spare time enjoys the beach, all kinds of racing, and volunteering at the dog rescue.
Milka is a certified dental assistant with an expanded duties certification. She joined our team in September 2018. Milka loves working in a high quality practice where patient care is her top priority. She is especially passionate about dental implant surgery procedures. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors and outdoor sports and spending time with her family & friends.
After graduating with her degree in applied science from the University of Dentistry of New Jersey, Heather came right to our practice. Shes been with us for sixteen years and couldnt imagine working anywhere else. Continuing education is a top priority, and she loves keeping up to date with all the latest technological advancements in dentistry. The office, she says, is one of a kind, and the relationships we build surpass that of the normal dental practice. Helping patients feel good about their appearance and their health is tremendously fulfilling for Heather, and she takes great pride in the excellent results she helps the dentists provide.
Christine has been a dental assistant since 2010. You will find she is compassionate, able to put her patients at ease and ensures a positive dental experience. She loves spending time with family, friends, and animals

Had a bad infection 2 weeks ago and saw Dr. zaidi....I never had a good experience at the Dentist but I have to say I will never go to an yone else...the whole Staff is very friendly and make your visit more then Comfortable...Thank you Dr. zaidi for making a horrible experience so easy...Your Gentile and kind and I just want to thank you for helping me feel pain free...I highly recommend this Dental office to anyone especially if you have had bad experiences in the Past..thank you again to the whole Drum Point Dentistry Staff...you are sooooo appreciated by me

I never thought I would confess to having a pleasant morning In a dental chair. My procedure was having replacement cap and filling (totally painless) honest painless. Dr. Kareta is OUTSTANDING. Her concern for your comfort and her professionalism is like no other. Thank you Dr. Kareta for the best dental experience in my 67 year's. I would like to add a special thank you to Dental assistant Christina she was also professional and made me at ease. Loved her Conversation (light and lively) Christina you truly show your concern for the patient. To add the office Staff is like no other! A SPECIAL thank you to Layla. I can't remember being greeted in such a warm manner from office Staff. Totally professional with added warmth. How lucky am I to be a patient of Drum Point Family Dentistry!

I am a chiropractor in practice for over 15 years. Mrs Howell is the best dental hygienist I've ever been to by far and one of the best healthcare providers I have met.. I had the best experience I could ever imagine. I did their cash plan for $295 which includes two cleanings, two exams, 2 set of X-rays, scientific dental photographs. Went to this practice today for the first time and was so happy!! Heather is the BEST dental hygienist I've ever been to and Dr. Ruiz was really great about explaining everything during my exam! I felt so at ease which is huge for someone who has had "dental phobia" their whole life! Also they take a lot of care with Covid precautions and made my first trip back to the dentist since the start of the pandemic very stress free! The ladies at the front desk were so nice and super helpful too! Highly recommend!
