I had three extractions and a bone graft and Dr. Aladdin had me done in less than an hour, I felt hardly anything but pressure, and the staff were very informative and kind.

I have to say with the money I'm spending out of pocket 22k you would think that the patient comfort would be of somewhat importance whereas after having several teeth pulled you would think the doctor would have the compassion to care enough to make sure thier pain is taking care of not in this case he messed up not once but twice on the prescription how professional is that? seems blatant to me as I watch my woman cry so I'd consider twice about taking your love here!

Not many dentists have 7am Saturday appointments available but they do here. Very convenient if you are busy all week. The crew here is cool and very polite. My hygienist was Amanda, she was super friendly and informative. I will definitely come back

First of all the staff is so friendly. I came in with severe tooth pain and I'm pregnant with no insurance. They have a wonderful membership plan and they took me in and started on my root canal the same day. Went home pain free I'm so glad I made an appointment with them.

So far, this is a great dental office. I am about to have dental surgery here in the next month and I will update my review after that. In the mean time I will say I am terrified of dentists and I have experience to back that feeling up. I was no less than abused at my last dentist and they destroyed the records and didn't file them. No record of what happened to me except my almost empty left side of my mouth. I haven't been able to really smile in 3 years, my 16 year old thinks I just don't smile.. she's always bringing it up. But I'm embarrassed. I am going to Dr. Tasha to fix my smile and I hope to show my kid that I do have a bright and beautiful smile. If the staff reads these, please make sure I don't lose anymore time not smiling. I am counting on you guys and I hope to be back with another 5 star review! I'll create another account since I'll be like a new person. Haha Sorry yelp. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable so far and accommodating me so quickly even with me changing the date once. I can't wait to smile again.- Ashley Wi

Although I prefer familiarity, like being seen by the same Hygenist or Dr., the staff overall is always nice and patient. They take the time to discuss concerns and work around our fears and discomforts.

All the staff were very friendly and gentle. For someone who has high anxiety at the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised. We're just getting started with treatment and I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.

Dr Kim is great . He took his time to explained and answered all my questions. Both the ladies that helped me ( Lorendana) and the the other lady ( i apologized for not recalling her name ) were great as well. These are the employees that made my experience rally really outstanding. Keep it up.

Finding the right dental office can be a daunting and stressful task. Just having moved to Redlands and having no recommendation only added to my concerns. I hit the jackpot with Redlands Family Dentistry. Everyone is gracious, accommodating and above all highly knowledgeable about their profession. I highly recommend this skilled team of dentists a hygienists.

I wish i could give them zero stars. What an unprofessional office, nobody seems to keep any information consistent. Then they told me you need to pay half off your procedure fee before you can even schedule an appointment. Im telling anyone who'll listen that this place is awful, look elsewhere.

Frequently told by dentist that I needed veneers and that my smile was bad. High pressure to get unnecessary treatments. When I had a crown, they lost it on the ground while I was all numbed up. Instead of saying what had happened they awkwardly kept me in the chair, crawling around on the ground to find it. I had no idea what was wrong, then when they did tell me, thought about the horror of the cleanliness of if they had found it from the ground snd then placed it in my mouth. I'm sure there would have been some sort of sterilization process, but it still makes me uncomfortable. Dr Tadha did not apologize, and said I would have to come back in. There were no adjustments made to the cost, which out of pocket was $1,400, when I had to have taken off work for the day and be numbed up for no reason for the initial visit, and then have to take a whole other day off to come back in. I work in sales, so the loss of not being able to see clients is more then just lost wages. It is also very hard for me to carve out time to be off. Lastly, they temporarily placed my temp crown on which fell off later that day and I was without one for two weeks until my new crown came back in. I never went back.

Great customer service. They're always very professional and helpful. Tony has always been great with my cleanings. I highly recommend this dental practice. It's very family friendly!
