I've been coming to this practice about a year now. I am totally satisfied with both of the dentists here. They make me feel very comfortable. I just went today for a permanent filling for my root canal. Dr. Ward explained everything. If you're looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go.

I self-paid thousands of dollars for a necessary but uninsured procedure. I asked if the could work with me and give a discount since I was paying so much more than insurance would. She looked at me like I was nuts.

After being a patient for at least 10 years and for the most part satisfied with service and professionalism of the office. I recently questioned a bill I received where they charged me for a check up after my 2nd cleaning for the year. I didn't realize that the insurance allows 2 cleanings per year but only 1 check up. I was both unhappy with the practice and the insurance company on this policy. I was told at the desk that if I was not happy with the practice policy I could go somewhere else. I found this insulting and really poor customer service. 2 days later I received a letter that included my records and stating that I was no longer a patient and I should find another dentist. I guess they are so successful that they don't need patients anymore. Here is what I expected, a call from the dentist inquiring of my dispute, explaining practice policy and hoping I would stay as a patient. At least it would show some concern. With this I would not recommend this practice, go somewhere else as I was told!
