Dr. Timothy Ross founded his private dental practice in 1976 after graduating from Marquette University School of Dentistry with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He built his practice around the philosophy of providing an accepting, welcoming, non-judgmental environment where his patients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and treatment goals. The results speak for themselves; Dr. Ross helps each patient achieve an ideal level of oral health to last a lifetime.
An Invisalign-certified provider since 2005, Dr. Ross is dedicated to keeping up with the latest in dental technology. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association and the Wisconsin Dental Association.
Dr. Susan Chmiel joined Dr. Ross at our Franklin, Wisconsin, dental practice in December 1998 after graduating from Marquette University School of Dentistry with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She understands that quality dental care is not just about cleaning teeth; its about creating a strong foundation for a lifetime of dental health. Dr. Chmiel is dedicated to her patients and strives to give them the most comfortable, attentive care possible.
As a member of the American Dental Association and the Wisconsin Dental Association, Dr. Chmiel is able to stay up to date with the latest dental technology and newest treatment techniques. She has also been a certified Invisalign provider since 2006, and she is dedicated to participating in continuing education courses and seminars to stay on the cutting edge of the dental field.
Jessica has been a dental hygienist in our office since 2001. She enjoys creating a positive experience for her patients, ensuring that everyone is as comfortable as possible while achieving great dental health. At home, Jessica and her husband have one son and a dog.
Linda has been assisting Dr. Ross with all aspects of patient care since 1976. She cherishes each friendship she has made over the years and enjoys being a part of such a dynamic team. Linda has two children, three grandchildren, and one great grandchild, whom she loves spending time with.
Shannon has been in the dental field since 1996, and she joined our team in 2008. She was trained in-office. She believes that a good team makes for a great practice, and she loves working with our doctors and team to help patients achieve better dental health and a more beautiful smile. Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys spending time with her son, Ryan, and reading.

As a new client I got a free check up, cleaning and x-rays. They are friendly and professional. They asked about my history and if I had any questions or problems. They explained what they found and what options I had. The place is modern and up to date. I was impressed and they seemed to be very friendly with both greetings and when they left. It was a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

I see Dr. Susan Chmiel as my dentist and absolutely love her. After having a pretty horrible past experience with a dentist, she was a breath of fresh air as she was recommended by a friend. I've been with her now for several years and no longer have anxiety going into the dentist. My teeth feel great and it is always a positive experience with both Dr. Chmiel and the rest of the staff.
