Even for last minute problems, Dr. Bachtell and his staff provide excellent quality service, helpful, professional and friendly.

Hands down the best Dentists I have ever had...Always available for emergencies and they make time. This day I broke my tooth and Dr. Bachtell came in early and removed the tooth even though he could gave referred me out. Dr. Porac has always made time and as well will do everything he can to make you comfortable and has never been unable to help and when needed refer me to other quality professionals for implants etc.

I absolutely had the best experience here when i got my dentures fitted and made. I love them and so happy they helped me smile again. Dr bachtell thank u so much

Can't say enough good things about this practice. I've seen both dentist & both have been great. The office staff is also great to work w. I love that I can call & a human answers the phone & I don't have to go through a ton of options to speak to someone.

Paid cash for a removal. He decided after xrays he was going to remove 2 other teeth as well.. he took that hook tool to one back tooth I pointed out to him that I wanted him to look at and it made me nearly jump out of the chair.. that tooth was bad but now it's half dead and gives me extreme pain on a daily I can't fix..after my mouth healed completely I picked pieces of my tooth out.the one I went for initially. I am struggling to force the remainder of what's left out on my own. He broke that tooth into shattered fragments. They'll know who I am after reading this review and idc.nearly $500 cash at checkout which he had said after he was messing in my mouth$300 . I'm disgusted.

Lack of caring from Dr. Bachtell about a patients that was in pain, quick to diagnose without testing and the office wants you to sign that you have read HIPAA documents that they don't provide. I will not return.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Porac and his staff. Today I went for replacement on a filling that had fallen out. I HATE needles and was dreading the novacaine shot. Dr. P was so smooth that I didn't even feel the needle going in. And unlike other dentists I've been to, he stayed with me until I was numb and then began the procedure. As he used various instruments, he explained what it may feel and sound like. I have found my "forever dentist"!

Great Dentist! My daughter goes to Dr. Bachtell and he's been wonderful. He does what you need without stretching it out into a bunch of different appointments. Very quick and efficient. My son is actually traveling from NY now to see him as well. Office staff and hygienists are all very pleasant and friendly. Best dentist we have ever had!!

I'd had another dentist for over 30 years and I was terrified of having to find someone else when he retired. He recommended Dr. Porac, and I'm so glad he did. I've now had two exams and an emergency visit. Dr. Porac has a compassionate and commonsense attitude and he is very gentle.
