I had a wisdom tooth extracted yesterday by Dr. Pearson. This is the 3rd tooth that Dr. Pearson has pulled for me over the past 19 years. He has always done a good job and I have never had any problems. His assistant was very nice also. I would rank the receptionist in his office at a 0. I had an appointment at 11:30 am. When I arrived, she said very ugly that I was an hour early. I told her that my appointment book had 11:30 am. My daughter and my 13 year old grandson were with me. My daughter made the comment about her attitude. Needless to say, I was embarrassed in front of my grandson. When I got home, I looked at the paperwork they had given me when I went for consultation in April and she had written 11:30 am on my paperwork just like I thought. If she had not been so rude about it, I would not complain. My daughter told my grandson that was a perfect example of how to not treat people.

I had oral surgery earlier this year with Dr. Pearson and I was very displeased. The surgery itself was successful with no issues (hence the 2 stars). However, I began to feel the pain during the surgery and although I did my best to alert staff (no discussion of how to alert them beforehand) nothing was done and the pain became nearly unbearable. I was convulsing and crying in the chair but no help provided. When I asked the Dr. during my post-op consultation what went wrong he was very rude and condescending and told me the pain I felt wasn't real and essentially that he knew better than me what I felt. So disheartening and disrespectful. Would not recommend and my dentist has stopped recommending as well because of this bad experience. I understand mistakes happen but the response demeaned me and was extremely disrespectful. I even waited nearly a year to cool off to make this review as level-headed as possible.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and truly great experience I had with this practice. They made this coward feel comfortable and at ease with my procedure. Look no further with your oral surgery needs. Dr, Pearson and this group are the absolute best!

Great experience with Dr. Pearson. I had a mass near my jawline that had been bothering me for years, they did a 3D xray and within minutes Dr. Pearson had a plan of action to remove. The front office (Pam) scheduled the surgery that same week and the nurses where FABULOUS! Super friendly and caring on the day of surgery and today when getting stitches out.
